doesn't matter where you are you can use a search engine, 200 dollars for taking a drive at 6am on isolated road or what have you, get a ticket for one things and they'll tack on some violation of this as bonus money. That tire looked worn on your car, that tail light might not have worked properly, oh by the way stay at home citation and ticket :) A good number of these are not gathering or church related btw... California to New York, Hawaii ... place like Pennsylvania and in between... and when fighting it in court you will loose at the local level but win on appeals...
