Hi Tursi I am trying to load the LINES Mini Memory file (using the instructions in the guide), but I get an IO ERROR 0 after typing in LINES. Any help would be appreciated. (I havent done this in long time with Classic99)

Hi there Does anyone know if there is anything wrong with the admin process at the OLUG? I have now twice registered, and the furthest I came is the account verification part. Hi guys I'll throw this at you... In the mid 80's I got a TI minicomputer that was used in a retail environment. It consisted of the mini computer with two tape drives on top of it (one for loading the operating system, and the other for loading the software, if I can recall this was basically a sales/inventory type system), an amber screen as part of the computer, a dumb terminal (screen and keyboard), and a disc pack (those old toploader washing machine types). I unfortunately got rid of this in 1990 or so. Are there any knowledgeable peeps here that could shed light on what TI machine that might have been? Regards Pieter

Hi guys Many moons ago I was in the possession of some TMS 9900 manuals that were used in a classroom setting. Some of them had clipart of people on the cover, others were in green lettering. Some of the topics included were Basic, Cobol, Fortan, DS990. I also had a nice plastic box with tapes that were used in the classroom. Are there any members here that has scans of these?

Hi guys Does anyone know if there is a precompiled executable binary available of the Angular version that one can use on Windows? I am struggling to build using Angular and Typescript under Windows, and at this stage my only access to a Linux box is using Windows Subsystem for Linux, and building under there doesn't work. If there is no executable available, is there anybody that has successfully built in under Windows?

Hi guys Has anyone made a full dump of WHT? If so what was the easiest program to use to take the dump? (I want to do it over the weekend, but don not want to put too much effort in it. (Basically let the program run unattended). Cheers

Hi guys If this is against the rules, please delete. I am living in South Africa and used to own a beige TI-99/4A box, with third party tape recorder, Speech Synth, Munchman, Alpiner, TE II and Mini Memory. I sometimes had access to PEB, XB, and E/A. Was this console a 2.2? Anyway, I am looking to get back in the game (at this stage not looking at TIPI, but that might be an future add on). I am looking to find an European (UK) console (or console with the F18? mod), 220v power supply, tape recorder, and Speech Synth. What would you recommend for memory expansion? PEB, Nano PEB? or 32K expansion card. Does the 1MB AMS give any problems? What about storage? Again PEB or something else? I am also looking at perhaps the Finalgrom99 cart, but I do not have any idea of how to load images on that (Too lazy to read everything about it, sorry). I would appreciate any and all help you can give. If someone has such an unused system please give me a shout. Actually it was a breeze to set up. Running it on Windows 10. LOL. The only niggle I have is that when one clicks on the Drive Utility icon, it gives and error (I think it is -9 or something), but no trainsmash, I can get hold of it through command line.
