Hey guys could this be a early port of the arcade game "MAX RPM" the screen shots look real similar to it, with the 2 cars racing side by side the first couple of levels you start with a red, yellow, green, light bar, then you get to a level where you are street racing and a person stands in the middle of the road and waves you to start just like these screen shots and you go through 4 gears . The only difference is the arcade has a side by side split screen this proto dosnt, the arcade is "1986 bally midway max rpm" Check out the arcade mame and see what you think???

Flavors are cool Yea it is a sticker unlike the 2600 boxes they are red and it is printed on them, it looks like a stock box besides the sticker!!

Yea I wondered about the 4 port switch box until I looked at all my others and this one is different than any that I have, this one has on the left side where the 75 ohm female antenna plug is it also has 2 screws that are the 300 ohm antenna, now is it that this switch box is unique or is that common for some switch boxes cause I dont have any like it??? Here is a pic of it with 1 of my regular ones, the promo one is on top.

I got this today, I have several 2600 promotional boxed systems but have never seen a 5200 promotional before, do you guys have one or have seen them before, are they hard to find or fairly common as far as 5200's go?? This one has the inside packing and has the "Not For Resale Promotional Use Only" stamped on the back into the plastic of the system and the serial # is 004142, its a 2 port system and looks minty fresh, I havent tested it yet. Hey taxman and cpu, I felt obligated since I posted the link to this guys auctions to at least try to contact him and let him know how I feel that he ripped off several of my friends that I recomended to him, and I kinda politely threatend him, he emailed me back and said he assured me that he still has the items and would send them to you very soon and appologised for the screw up and assured me he would take care of it!! Now of coarse it could be just a pile of lies, but I just wanted to let you know that I at least tryed to help in whatever way i can!!!

Awe man, taxman and cpu, I feel like crap now, I posted about the vectrex and the broken gamecube also I think, and now you guys got screwed. Man the guy had 100% positive feedback until 30 days ago then he just started screwing everyone, I would have never figured he would have done that and I hate that he did it to you guys. I had that same thing happen to me a year ago and the guy ended up makeing good on it plus extra after 3 months of no contact or anything he just sent me money to my paypal account and sent an email saying something like "he went through a divorce and lost his house and kids bla bla bla" So I wish and hope that the guy makes it up to ya somehow, someday!!!!

Well another one huh, I wonder where they are coming from, the value is dropping on this thing everyday, pretty soon there will be like 10 on ebay every week Oh well!!! Still cool

Man this thing is just getting more common everyday, pretty soon someone will show a link to wallmart with this case in the jewlery section on sale for $4.27 or something, Oh well its still kinda cool looking Yea I am allmost convinced that it is not really old or rare at all but just maybe a little old made in maybe small #'s by some overseas company or something. If anyone finds out any info please let us know!!

Well it was brand new in a mini competition pro box!! I just assumed it was real, its kinda cool regardless.

That red one is cool, I thought it was a mini but it is a little hard to tell. I like the mini comp pros, I got one a mini a while back but it is clear, kinda neat!! I wonder how many different kinds and colors of the regular and mini ones are out there??

Hey pov, no this one was I think a 6 day auction with a starting bid of like $22 or $23 or somewhere around that and I placed a bid and forgot about it until I got an email saying I WON!! I dont remember seeing one listed with a bin on it, but there could be a whole bunch of them out there for all I know. Anyone else have one or seen one besides me and IHF ??

Ihf, that is the exact same case!!! I got mine from a guy on ebay and he swears its vintage, which it could be but with you haveing one to I wonder where they were made and when?? does yours have any manufacturer marks or anything?? These might not be old at all they could be fairly new for all I know, how long ago did you get yours, do you know anything else about them??? Like GAMERZ said "it dosent sound so custom now"!!!

I got one today that said I have been outbid by another bidder, and it was for a auction that I won and allready received the item!! I thought it was pretty weird Must have been a ebay glitch day

Well at closer inspection it looks custom made to me and antique, the way the little compartments are made and attached are the same as the rest of the case is made and has some of the old dove tail looking or whatever you call the corners and how they go together ya know its not done cheeply thats for sure, but I cant find any marks or stamps or signature marks ya know anything that would say it was manufactured, but the way it is put together looks so professional and delicate with perfect flawless craftsmanship. I hope it is old antique and worth something, that would be cool, but even if its not, it still looks real cool!!

Well sku_u, the guy I bought it from said it was a Vintage wall Case made of solid hardwood with glass front door with a vintage game system etched into it. So I really dont know for sure, It is a very nice very well built case with a flawless finish, It looks and feels very expensive but could be some cheep well stained case for all I know??

I just got this recently and thought I would show a few pics, It is a very heavy well put together wooden case made for atari games, it holds 64 games packed full and I tried to take pictures of the coolest thing about it, which is the glass door which has etched into the glass a tv with a video game playing that looks like a cross between space war and breakout if you can imagine that, also has 2 2600 joysticks etched in, as well as the background is like a checker board with stars and stuff like a space scene or something also etched into the glass, the pics in no way show how cool this thing looks, sorry for the dark crappy pics, I tryed taking like 50 different pics in different lighting in different angles and only got a few of them to barely turn out which is the ones you see here. Anyway thanks for looking and sorry about writting such a long post.

No mcgrail, nothing real rare (besides being minty new and sealed) there are only like 12 different games among those mostly common I think, now I am not real familiar with whats rare for bally's, I am getting another case of them, like 30-40 games maybe some of them will be some of the rarer ones I hope!!

Hey BF, stunt cycle is a dedicated console and has 4 built in games, stunt cycle, motocross, drag race, enduro, a difficulty switch and volume control switch. You twist back on the handle bars just like a real motorcycle, the harder you twist the faster you go until if you twist full trottle you do a wheelie, which you have to perform to get over certain obsticles, it is very fun, i just got both of these and have been playing for two days now!!

Well to answer a few of your questions, I will be selling tons of stuff even though alot of the stuff in these pics are stuff I bought this month for my personal collection. --The Atari's are just the factory refurb units, nothing else with them, I wish they were heavy sixers but they are all 4 switch and look brand spankin new! --HH I bet if you would have been around or several others that they would have gone much higher, i am very surprised they didnt. --AL, I have spent the past year with a real flexable work schedule, I work with my dad in real estate and there are about 25 places within a 100 mile radious that i hit most of them like twice a week some 3 or 4 times a week as I am out looking at real estate, I travel to florida, nashville, alabama, mississippi, texas on a fairly regular basis and hit everyplace I see!! And I have maybe 15 people in like 8 states that I eighther have known for years or have just met over the past year that i have been collecting, that are into flea markets, thrift stores, pawn shops, garage sales, buying storage building auctions, that I have cultivated into calling me on a weekly basis with stuff they find for me that they know nothing about and sell to me really quite cheap. Then I also buy stuff on ebay and yahoo and from some other collectors and you guys here at AA, And i have had news paper and thrifty nickol ads in 2 states at one time, so thats how i do it I WORK THE CRAP OUT OF IT, and spend too much money and have a good bit of debt because of it. Sometimes I spend a good bit on some things but I would say 75% of the stuff I find I get for like $5 a system and $1 or less per game and accessory and sometimes less because i buy so much at one time from most people. Anyone could do it if they worked that hard at it and had a little cash to throw around at the right people at the right time!! I hope that helps a little, If you guys get tired of me posting pics of the stuff I get just say and i will stop, i just love to show and share the stuff I find, and i love to see pics of stuff from all you guys I know you guys have and find and buy more stuff you could post pics of, alot of you just dont do it. Anyway sorry this was so long!!

Yep, at least half of this month came from the evil pay, thats why I spent more than I would normally spend cause I found some minty boxed stuff I just couldnt resist!! So this month was not a cheep one compared to the last few!!

I am from the planet SWTMTAMOA (spends way to much time and money on atari) I think that answers both questions dosent it AL?? Yep moycon I opened them and tested all the bally's games and they all work great, I just tossed all the boxes they take up too much room. jk!
