With this, I'd like to propose an invite-only Atari Age forum titled: "Atari Age: After Hours". Please note that this submission proposal does not indicate a request to join or otherwise be associated with said forum.
And if you speak the name of the forum out loud, it must be in a breathy voice with a lengthy pause between "Atari Age" and "After Hours".
That is all.
So, basically like Fight Club with glory holes.

How on God's green earth does anyone score over 3,800 in this game???!!!
I scored 1,500 and was happy as a pig in crap

Those are some very wild ideas!

Changing game-play may be a bit too much, but I'll definitely keep those in mind if a sequel ever turns up.

I'm particularly intrigued by the exploding Jack-in-the-Box idea!
-dZ.
You can also create a Terminator 2 scenario, where in the sequel the snowman becomes your ally against an even bigger threat

Well, this escalated quickly. At least I had a few hours atop the leaderboard

-
Congratulations, Brian! How did you like the end animation of saving Christmas?
By the way, I've updated the leaderboard, you are now in 1st place (for the moment).

-dZ.
Ending was awesome. I wish I could have recorded it. I started to worry that the game was going to end and that I wouldn't be able to grab a screenshot of my score
I was pleasantly surprised when the game kept going. Congrats again on creating such a fun game.-B

Thanks, Tjoppen!
Thomas/Nukey — This is for a design project, not a technical project, so the comments are not necessary. The less characters in the code the better.
Thanks for all your help/input!

I could erase the comments, but its a pain. And I don't want to run the risk of accidentally removing code.
If I need to go that route I will, but if a less-commented version is available I'd prefer to use that.
Thanks

I'm looking for the original Combat disassembly done by Harry Dodgson. I cannot use the definitive disassembly, since it has way too many comment notes.
Does this original disassembly exist? If so, anyone know where I can find it?
Thanks in advance,

Just hit 773. I will break 1,000...one of these days

Congrats. Well deserved. The best compliment I can give you is this: I never played Intellivision growing up, so I have no nostalgia for the system. But if I see an Intellivision in the wild, I will definitely consider picking it up just so I can play this game on real hardware.

Second time playing (on Mac using Emulator):

This game is fantastic. So much fun.

This looks great. I hope you get it to where you want it. I'll be happy to play it.
X 2!
It's looking pretty amazing. Definitely keep it going!

Very nice! I'm a huge fan of Starmaster. Quick question, how do you refill your fuel? (Or can you?) I apologize if you stated that and I overlooked it.

This idea sounds almost as good as another idea I previously heard:

The boxes I have, which were brand new when I purchased them, didn't even have shrinkwrap.
..Al
Good to know...I wonder if the previous runs of the game were sealed.
-
I think the part that gets me the most is the "factory sealed but not really factory sealed" part.

Don't know if this has been posted yet. There are so many things wrong with this I don't know where to start:
eBay Auction -- Item Number: 350652434119
Here's the description:
THIS IS A RARE BRAND NEW IN THE FACTORY SEALED 2600 BOX SPACE SHUTTLE GAME BY ACTIVISION FROM 1983 FOR THE ATARI 5200 SUPER SYSTEM.
TO SAVE MONEY ATARI PUT SOME 5200 SPACE SHUTTLE GAMES IN 2600 BOXES AND COVERED 2600 WITH A STICKER UNDER THE SHRINK WRAP THAT
SAID 5200. THE SHRINK WRAP FELL APART WITH AGE AND WITHOUT THE SHRINK WRAP THE STICKER NO LONGER COVERS 2600. THE BOX IS IN NICE
CONDITION. PICTURES ARE OF THE ACTUAL GAME YOU WILL RECEIVE !! IDEAL FOR ANY COLLECTION. WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT !!
