    Stepped on the scale this morning and saw 167, which means I've now lost 33 pounds since Nov 1st. Now, to keep the weight off until summer...

      I exercised a few days (stationary bike at the gym), but I have not exercised for a couple of weeks now. It'd probably be over 20 pounds had I been exercising a few times a week...
