  1. I've heard that its human nature to want what you dont have. ....and to fear what you don't understand ... and to hump that which is hot.
  2. Just saw this, and thought I'd share. Looks like a good price, but you guys would know better: My link -B EDIT: It's located in PA.
  3. Just saw this. If you need any help w/ anything, let me know. -B

  6. Thanks, man! Marc did a great job w/ the printing, too. -B
  7. When I first joined the site, I also pitched a game called Fear of the Dark. Got a lot of good feedback, but unfortunately no one was willing to pick it up. I'm a big Iron Maiden fan, so it's no surprise I'd name the game after one of their songs -B
  8. Posterity bump. Just in case you all missed it. -B
  9. Just curious, do you write greeting cards as your day job? -B
  10. Marc Oberhäuser was kind enough to professionally print and assemble two of my box designs from my New Packaging for Common Carts thread. Marc printed up the box for Raiders of the Lost Ark, and also for my never-to-be-released game , Fear of the Dark. Here are some pics of the boxes I took (please excuse the crappy lighting and clarity of the photos -- I used my digital camera): Marc, these look amazing! The pics definitely don't do the quality justice. Thanks again! -B
  11. Maybe he found a way to bring River Phoenix back from the dead. Fingers crossed for Stand By Me 2. -B
  12. I vote for the Wii version. Although I really like the DS version as well. -B
  13. Your new name is Leonardo Da Pixel.
  14. Cool. Yeah, I learned my lesson with Goodwill. A couple months back I purchased a Super Smash Bros Brawl for the GameCube and ended up with a Sonic game CD inside the case, and that same day I purchased a Mega Man game for the Playstation and ended up with f'in Blues Clues! -B Brian, look, a clue! I think Mr Salt and Mrs Pepper want you to be more freaking careful next time! http://www.atariage.com/forums/uploads/monthly_02_2011/post-26465-129877311243_thumb.jpg LOL! Ya bastard...
  15. I actually enjoy the mini golf mode in Tiger Woods 2011.

  17. Just picked up Street Fighter 2 for Sega Genesis last night @ my local Goodwill for $1.99. This time, I checked inside the case to make sure the correct cart was in there. -B
  18. Zelda is one of my favorite games. I still play the original Legend of Zelda from time to time. Currently playing the second quest. Forgot where everything is, and I'm trying not to cheat by looking on the Internet. Man, this quest is a bitch. For anyone who likes the original Zelda for the NES, there's an alternate version you can play -- Zelda Outlands. It's pretty difficult, but very cool. The NES rom is available, and I believe I've also seen it available in cart form, but can't seem to find it for sale online now. -B

    LEGO Retroids

Of course, I couldn't have a thread like this without my never-to-be-made game Jumpy from Fear of the Dark: -B

Thanks. I got the Original Miniseries, Final Battle, original TV show, and season one of the new show. I started watching season two but missed one episode. I don't want to skip anything so I'm waiting for it to come out on Blu-ray before finishing. I'm kinda scared to keep watching though because there is always the chance that the show will be canceled like Earth 2 and Firefly. I am watching V too. I hope the show will not be cancelled! I don't think it'll be cancelled. The last few weeks have been really good. Lots of action. If they keep this up, it should continue to do well. I'm a huge fan of the original miniseries, and even read the V: The Next Generation book that Kenneth Johnson put out a few years back (it sucked). I was extremely psyched for this show, and I have not been disappointed. -B
