  1. This game goes nuts around level 17. Finally went a little past it --- 250,000
  2. Generally I agree, but take exception with Millipede. The graphics are crude, but I think the gameplay is excellent.
  3. I have a few Brazilian 4-in-one multicarts with 2 switches. They're difficult to use, requiring several attempts to switch from one game to another, but they all work eventually. However, I don't know if this problem will worsen over time until they don't work at all. Congrats on the Gas Hog!
  4. Congrats on the roll, Jacob! Does the game actually end after you roll it or did you quit at that point?
  5. Does that work when the pop-up image box thingy comes up? It worked for me, but maybe it depends on the computer you're using. Different computers have different thingies.
  6. First one.... (Note: these are not my work, I found them) Ha! Deliverance!! That could be a Mystique game where the object is to sodomize a helpless Ned Beatty......"Squeal like a pig!"
  7. Thank you. I'm glad it's now official
  8. Or you can click on the back arrow thingy
  9. was upgraded from chopper commander to moonsweeper. I've yet to try either game....

  10. I'm dismayed that a game based on the Lost in Space t.v. series was never made! As Dr. Smith would say, "the pain, the pain of it all!".
  11. I'm guessing it's worth around $15.00 - $20.00, which is roughly what it would cost you to have the AtariAge store or a site like Hozer custom make one for you. I could be wrong if you have some special limited edition version
  12. Are you using a keyboard, controller stick, arcade stick or D-Pad? D-Pad or Arcade stick is the way to go I was using a USB 2600 type controller, and then I went back to an arcade stick (which has switches that register as keyboard input keys). I just have trouble getting the cursor to move either fast enough or slow enough to hit what I want it to, but that's probably just part of the challenge of the game. Maybe I'll try a gamepad and see if I can improve. I think funky control is just part of the game, but you get used to it with practice. I've been using a regular 2600 joystick with the Stelladaptor.
  13. its frustrating when you have to play so long to surpass your high score and then you die when you get just a few points beyond it Tell me about it. I just got to 421,000 about 15,000 short of my record and I was furious. You play all that just to come up short or barely pass your high. BTW, great job with the 801,200 Thanks, Frostbite76!
  14. Welcome aboard! I, too, am a 45 yr old embroiled in a mid-life crisis. I rediscovered ataritherapy a little over a year ago and I'm still going strong...... Enjoy your games and your poptarts (now i got the munchies)

  16. There are two on GameGavel at the moment. Link. The guy also has some other rare Atari stuff, including a bunch of sealed late-release games. --Zero Thanks for the link, Zero
  17. nice job. i'll race ya to one million........ Don't forget me! I'm still a resting dragon, but when I WAKE... Of course. I just assumed you'd already be there waiting for the rest of the pack......
  18. nice job. i'll race ya to one million........
  19. kickin' some red monkey butt tonight!! 419,500
  20. I didn't know about this site. Thanks. edit --- just noticed the thread about giant variation photo website
  21. I like Deadly Duck. It's only too easy for master HSC Atarians like yourself.
  22. Your art work is better than mine. My drawing skills never did progress much further than the pre-K level.
