Are you only interested in NTSC releases or also PAL? Only box color or also other variations?

I have a total of 5 games from Atari Germany with an N sticker. Volleyball, Pole Position and others. I also found a Pole Position with an N sticker in Canada without the Atari Germany sticker. There is an empty white field on bottom right of the back. I also found a sealed PAL box from Atari Germany, that has a white sticker on the back with a joystick + text in 5 languages. Will post pictures tomorrow. But that does not explain why they sold NTSC games. Maybe they had to sell the NTSC stock in Europe?

The 7800 had a test market release in 1984 and was then finally released June 1986. But the only game I have in my collection with a 1986 copyright is Robotron. All others are 1987-1990. So which games were available in 1984 and 1986?

I second that. I also don't believe for a second that the seller was asking 40 Euro per game. That would be 720 Euro for the lot. So for how much was ozma hoping to resell it, 1000 Euro? It's a waste of time to send him any offers. I've made him fair offers on many items and either you don't get a response or just "not enough". When I gave him a link to eBay listings so he can see pricing for some items he just replied "then I don't sell". THEN DON'T SELL THEM BUT ALSO DON'T SPAM AROUND HERE.

You should read The Ultimate History of Video Games. Coleco had the games exclusively for their console for 6 month and then maximized profits by releasing them for the other consoles.

What we have here is a $3,000 "reserve" bid and a fool bidding more than that. I'm also suspicious if the other bids are legit. e**e only bid on this item in the last 30 days. Such items are usually only bought by high profile collectors and they have a much higher bidding activity than that. To me it looks like the seller wanted potential buyers to believe the game is worth more than $3k and was hoping for some last minute bids. My bet is we will see this game soon again.
