Just having the same fun with "erie40" now. Bought 2 games from him, shipping was $7.35 each, sent me an invoice with $14.70 shipping now. If he doesn't send me an invoice with combined shipping I'll pay one item now, the other one in a week and give him 2 negative feedbacks.

I used to buy more than 100 items per month and every month I had a seller who refused to sell, didn't want to combine shipping or send invoices with excessive shipping costs. Worst case was an item I paid, then got a refund and then the seller opened an unpaid item case. Yes, eBay allows that! In 2011 I bought around 1500 games and it is impossible not to get an unpaid item strike.

I do not sell on eBay, but there are types of seller that I hate: a) Sellers who exclude buyers with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the last 12 months. If you buy hundreds of items a year it is almost impossible not to get an unpaid item strike. b) Sellers who don't allow questions c) Sellers who automatically open an unpaid item case after 4 days, also they have still active listings d) Sellers who open an unpaid item case as soon as possible, but then take a week to ship the item I always give negative feedback to those sellers.

Personally I'm not willing to pay more than $10 for a game from Venezuela. I rather miss a few one than overpaying for all others. Not long ago he asked $60 for a sealed Lords of Karma. In 3 months the price will go down to $10 too.
