  1. Fantastic fellow to deal with, a real straight-shooter! Payment was fast and he communicated when the items arrived. Would definitely do business again! -a2a
  2. SOLD items marked thusly, thread cleaned, items polished and carefully re-arranged . . . all for your browsing pleasure! -a2a
  3. I am incredibly stoked about this. Incredibly. Next to Jumpman Jr., this was an all-time favorite as a kid. And there's music, too! And it's awesome! Hmm, Call of Duty:MW3 for $70+ or Boulder Dash for a 30-year old system for $70+ . . . . the choice is clear! (Uhmm, both, I guess!) -a2a
  4. Perhaps this is what you are looking for (from my sale thread, link in my sig, PM me if this looks like what you need, sold as a set only, though . . . ) - - POWER SUPPLY & SWITCH - ATARI 5200 (4-Port Model) Your basic 5200 switch-box, needed for the 4-port 5200 models, and its matching power supply. The sometimes-supplied Velcro for these was used so that they "mate" together - - Some typical "drying" of the plastic on the composite input is visible, but it's not flaking or brittle Again, sold as a set only, please! As you know, the power supply is heavy, so expect a slight additional shipping cost! $14
  5. I sold it with instructions on here last year for $35 - - http://www.atariage...._1#entry2179986 That's about half of what the eBay seller wants (and without instructions!) which seems about normal - - eBay is usually double what most people on AA will pay for something! And, of course, Buy It Now produces higher prices - - the seller wants to ensure they capture maximum value from it, so they crank up the price. Someone recently got a nice deal on the PAL version, too, it appears - - http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fcsc%2Fi.html%3F_nkw%3Dsubterranea%2Batari%26_sacat%3D0%26_sop%3D12%26_dmd%3D1%26LH_Complete%3D1%26_odkw%3Dsubterranea%26_osacat%3D0%26_trksid%3Dp3286.c0.m270.l1313 It's a fun game, by the way - - I still have it on the Harmony and boot it up somewhat often. It's kind of nice how it varies in gameplay between a couple different modes. -a2a
  6. Google Translate cheerfully provides - - "The shovel but I do not want to get to the head" Oh Google Translate, I guess you can't handle idiomatic expressions, eh? I will be pondering that phrase for the rest of the day . . . ! -a2a
  7. A pleasure to deal with, fantastic transaction, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! -atari2atari
  8. Soldering season is upon us - - soldered more 2600 paddles with new pots today, and still more to do!

  10. I am in need of a Super Nintendo gamebit to open up the console case. I have one for carts, but it's too small for the case! Anyone want to trade or sell me one before I head onto the Internet in search of one? Thanks! -a2a
  11. No worries mate, already gone . . . sorry for the hassle! -a2a
  12. Last time I will bug 'ya - - promise! I just dropped the price down $20, shipping still included. If it doesn't sell, guess I will introduce my niece and nephew to the world of the TI99! Lucky kids . . . Speaking of kids and computers, this classic SESAME STREET video features some kids drawing with a TI99 about 30 seconds through - - CLASSIC! -a2a
  13. Wanna FIGHT? Maybe a STREET FIGHT? New PLAYSTATION fighting games added, including MARVEL VS. CAPCOM and others, plus FROGGER . . . and DUKE NUKEM?!? Happy Friday! -a2a
  14. I appear to have underestimated the Atari 2600 - - it just beat me quite handily at a game of VIDEO CHESS!

    1. SoulBlazer

      SoulBlazer

And it can still kick my ass at checkers, also! :)

  15. Genuinely pleasant individual to sell to! I would not hesitate to do business with him again, he is very professional, fast to respond, and fast to pay! -a2a
  16. WOW - - PMs responded to, and the SOLD! loose ATARI 2600 carts are now marked! Keep those PMs flowing! THANKS! -a2a
  17. My apologies to anyone that is offended by this blatant advertisement! HOWEVER, I know many of you might not go over to the sale forum very often, and I just posted up what I think is a GREAT TI99/4a set with some hard-to-find, fun stuff!! TOY TREASURE CHEST - Tuesday! Boxed/Loose 2600 + "Arcade Edition" TI-99/4a [link to my AtariAge.com "Marketplace" forum post] If it's something you are interested in, I'm glad I could show it off, and if this just bugs the heck out of you, sorry about that! -atari2atari
  18. Great new stuff added - - back up to the top for your pleasure! -a2a
  19. Great member to deal with - -communicated well and paid fast! I would definitely do business with furor again! -atari2atari
  20. Great buyer to deal with! Communicated well and paid fast! Would definitely do business with him again! -a2a
  21. So much excellence . . . ! Sign me up for a cart and manual when this is released! As someone else pointed out in another thread, this really does feel like an age of "Golden Revival" for the TI-99! -a2a
  22. Uff . . . no cases. That will be hard - - it dropped my interest right away - - sorry to say! I don't know what it is about cases - - I guess if I see no case, I think "how will I find one to put it in?" and "awww . . . no inserts (case back/front under the plastic)" and "man, how can they keep them unscratched with no case . . . ?" I guess I'd still sorta be interested, but regarding price on "loose" games with booklet and no case . . . I'd do a third or lower of what you see on eBay for the of average successful/sold "Completed" listings. If you see LOTS of "sold" for a title, you will have to go even lower, as it is common. On a more positive note, YES - - the VGA adapter changed my life, for sure! It makes playing all the games so much more vivid, and amazing! I wish they would go wide-screen, though - - it's just a little box in the middle of my 24" LCD! -a2a
  23. Very interested! Please do post - - I'd love to fill some holes in my collection! I would suggest pricing them, too, please - - it gets a much better response than "buy the entire lot!" or "make me an offer!" -a2a
