  1. I think a 32X is worth getting just for Stella Assault (Shadow Squadron),but also worth a mention Afterburner and Space Harrier if you like arcade games and Blackthorne if you like your Flashback/Abes Odyssey type platformers.Kolibri is okay just unusual which is not a bad thing but Star Wars was a big disappointment for me personally.

  2. Final Fight is a classic! i own an arcade machine of it.I think the Sega Cd version is do-able to be honest and it is not one of these games you have no chance of completing alone but i strongly recommend you play as Hagger as he can grab and then do a spinning pile drive which if i remember correctly can be useful when you are surrounded as you can land on top of other people and knock them away, this saves you having to use your emergency spinning attack which uses energy.

  3. Flashback is an amazing game on any system

I agree and are hoping to play the Sega CD version in the next week or so,i have been told that the sound is much better and on the first jungle level you can hear distant drums. 8)

  4. I have fond memories of my old Jaguar Console and sure i could count the number of good titles on one hand but they are fond memories and thats all that matters to me,AVP is still one of the most atmospheric FPS games i have ever played and Tempest,Doom,Rayman and Raiden were all good.I have never heard anything said about the Jag controllers to be honest apart from they looked a little different (which is not a bad thing) and it is still better than both the Dreamcast and especially the N64 controller which was quite frankly so over complicated even an octopus would struggle to use it efficiently.

  5. I think the 7800 ported arcade games very well like the Donkey Kongs,Joust,Pacman games,Robotron,DigDug,Crossbow and also Impossible Mission was good, but to choose out of them is difficult but I would have to say Ms.Pacman i think.

  6. At the moment i am collecting label variations as well but i try to keep at least 2 of every version in case one stops working, anything after that is surplus but i do not know anyone else who collects atari 2600 stuff so at least for the moment i will hold onto them.

  7. I have trouble with Reactor but that is more to do with the fact i do not know what i am doing more than the game being difficult,Haunted House is a little difficult later on but has a lot of variance so if you keep chipping away at it eventually you will get good item position,i have completed all 9 games but was stuck on game 7 so i had to come back to it.

  8. I think people would be disappointed but not surprised back in the day to discover it was not vector graphics but i have not heard many other complaints about it, it looks nice and is colorful and to be honest i think Asteroids on the Atari 2600 wins with playability -it has to be one of the most playable games on the system in my opinion.

  9. I always like to keep at least 2 of each type of label variation no matter what it is in case one kicks the bucket,so if i have 3 or more of something it can be sold on.
