not yet. @InsaneMultitasker found a bug in how the BASIC addresses COM ports and he wants to eventually look into. minor bug and since the vast majority of the bugs have already been addressed in 4.08, and it's now very stable, there's no rush on that one last bug to get out a new version.
version 4.08 is the latest ABASIC version at this time.
but since I had already extensively cleaned up the 4.08 manual of a lot of problems in preparation for 4.09 I just 'unofficially' stuck the 4.09 manual with my stuff.
In hindsight I probably should just labeled the manual 4.08b but, oh well.

careful using the manual. I'm not sure if it's the pov but there were several times I thought I had positively got it right to find it being backwards.

sorry I'm months late on responding. I thought this supposed to tell me when comments were posted but it seems to have not worked right.
As for your question hooking up RTS & CTS didn't seem to do anything extra for me in testing. could been any number of reasons (like at the time I was an old XP laptop) but it was listed as used in some instructions of the setup. I kept it simple though for posting purposes for what I knew would work but try it, might work for you.

I would think that too. It should at least blink or have a hole where the cursor was.
-
thanks. I'll look into some of these things.
I did't know you could edit the SYSTEM.CHARAC with PATCH. I will try that. just being able to see the cursor will help a whole lot and might solve some of the other problems with the arrow keys. If I can't see where I am I can't tell if the arrow keys work or not.

little known fact, the folding down of the edge of the wings didn't just look cool but helped increase the speed of the XB-70 by reducing voracities at the edge of the wings.

oh, cool. didn't know. thx.

not sure you mean the game or TML ? but I, personally, would like to see TML integrated into an XB cartridge. someday. I would think he could bank-switch the routines easily. What even be cooler would be a TML compiler, ah, hem, Harry, listening? ?

there are several BBS on line now. you just need a telnet program to access.

FYI:
I finally got around to the modification posted above for modifying MEDIT for Atari Pascal and it worked! Only thing is to remember to do the modification with Atari DOS. Tried it with MYDOS and couldn't get it to work. After the program is modified Pascal & MEDIT will work with MyDOS though.
