  1. Welcome, there is a great bunch of people on this board and list of TI99 genius to long to print all, glad to help!
  2. I'm missing keyboard overly for TI-Writer (I made one of my own), got a spare?
  3. And, Frogger uses joystick 2 intead of 1.
  4. hum, not good. may have to look at it closer.
  5. My idea was using the joytalk for a serial mouse, which need driver anyway, and terminal program that could be modified. Also, not using the power off the video port (I think that looks tacky) but just using and external power supply.
  6. I you do create the joytalk let us know how it goes, I want to create one eventually too.
  7. http://www.mainbyte.com/ti99/joytalk/joytalk.html Got this on my to-do list. I actually remember this article from, i think, 99er. Had one company at the time selling a pre-made version.
  8. is the multiplan disk copy protected. I tried copying my .dsk file to cf7 and I keep getting, can't find start up file. Update: never mind, big DUH. The TI disk name needs to be TIMP to work.
  9. Does anyone know if Multiplan 80 works with f18a in 80 column mode?
  10. wonder if it could be ported to the TI99?
  11. Well, making my own carts is a long term goal, very long. I'll eventually get there after I learn a bunch other things TI99 such as gpl etc...
  12. How. I want to learn how to create real cartridges and gonna sell any? And, if you would, go ahead and create the necessary files and I'll see if I can find that header info for PC99.
  13. PC99 does support multiple cartridges. I'll look into doing your idea. As for the header. I have that information somewhere, just got to find it.
  14. Dude, a thing of absolute beauty. You just moved RXB from my 2nd favorite XB to #1. Now all I have to do is figure out how to convert it to PC99 via Rich's instructions a few post up.
  15. I wonder how big a Parsec cartridge would be made of vacuum tubes? Come on kids lets roll out the Parsec cartridge, careful the cart doesn't roll over your toes. Johnnie, be sure that 210v socket is plugged in nice and tight. Sue, crank up the A/C, it got a bit toasty in her last week when you tried to break level 30.
  16. Rich, Been meaning to ask this for a while and keep forgetting. Did you ever create the latest version of RXB for PC99. If not, any idea what the procedure, if possible, to convert the current files to PC99 .grm files.
  17. I was always under the impression that 'solid state' referred to transistor and chip based products as opposed to tube based.
  18. what was the other guys selling 'liquid state' electronics or maybe 'gaseous state'.
  19. i wonder if funnelweb could be modified to run via a command line?
  20. If it's a true command line DOS memory shouldn't be an issue as only the modules needed would be loaded. All be permanent would be a command shell.
