Is it possible to give lots of lives -- maybe infinite -- and leave the rest the same? I would like to see how far I can get in this game. Here's one of my runs:

In Score Rush, the difficulty modes unlock as follows: - normal - hard - expert - crazy - insane - godlike I've beat expert ( ) to unlock crazy which I cannot beat but got to the final boss!
