I just keep everything in boxes or in a cabinet unplugged of course. And then I just hook up what ever I needed to use that moment. And then put it back when done.

Also how about just selling the rom. Not free but maybe like half the cart price. Because I dont need a cart. Maybe just rom and a scan of the manual. Would be worth like 15.
