Got my ikgr74 adapter today finally. Nogo on the genesis 9 pin bluetooth receiver. A seagull makes it blink. But light blue and not dark blue. And no wiiremote syncs. I however got my camerica adapters and a 4 score working with nes receiver. And then a wiimote syncs. But only works for jungle hunt. And maye few others. Swings vines and moves up and down in the second level. But for space dungeon it auto fires with a wiimote synced. And does not move canon any direction if used as a second player slot. And robotron nothing happens. He does not move at all or fire. And canon does not move if used in second player slot. If I use no camerica stuff and directly plug an atari space agae joystick in the ikonsgr adapter it works normal. Can moves and fires all directions. Must be the camerica stuff somehow. I tried a gbros adapter thinking it might work. But I plugin my camerica receiver and then freedom connect. 8bitdo nes receiver does not work. But if I plug in a four score as ave1 discovered years ago it works. Then sync a wiimote. Itnsyncs but wiimote does not work for space dungeon or robotron. I tried a gbros adapter. Lights up blue for 2 seconds and then turns red. Never syncs so not sure if that would of help. Got to figure out hot to use 8bitdo receiver directly with ikonsgr adapter. Also the smartjoy adapters are expensive. At least the 15 pin pc version is. Has anybody opened up one before. Is it possible to buy the usb version and replace the usb cable with a 15 pin cable. Or the other innards are different so no.

Just saw the update on the ikonsgr adapter. Today 5:28pm it arrived couple towns over. So should be here tomorrow or day after.

Is it analog?

I have one of his other 9 pin to 15 pin adapters. Let me use 15 pin joysticks just like the bohoki adapter. But unlike the bohoki adapter lets me use them wirelessly thanks to some other adapters I have. Its so cool to play on the sofa. No wireless keypad but still cool none the less. Because its 9 pin to 15 pin not 15 to 15 pin. No way to make 15 pin wireless. Only 9 pin.

And besides only a handful 5200 games really need analog so it does not matter.

I was also referring to using a masterplay clone with my tototek mega drive to psx adapter. The SMBAKER project might be analog. But not my tototek adapter since genesis / mega drive is digital and not analog. So convert to psx or any other is still digital. I am surprised the thumbstick button even lights up at all and they work even digitally. I will lookup the smart joy adapter but I think it wont be easy to find.

And in these 3 threads ave1 said its digital and not analog.

It not true analog because missile command does not work as good as with the original. True analog goes all directions and exactly where you want. PSX controllers even with thumbstick and my tototek adapter do not. Genesis is digital. So was 2600. So convert to any format like PSX is still digital not analog.

Well I have the mega drive to psx adapter. That works in my masterplay. And the thumbsticks on my psx / ps2 controllers work. But its not true analog. I think the other adapter is not either.

I think the only true analog is the stock 5200 stick. And maybe the bohoki pc adapter. Genesis and masterplay is digital. So genesis to anything would still be digital would it not.

I like using a wii remote with this works great. Or a classic controller.
