  1. Well we have 3 DC's and 2 work fine. My son's used DC is really quirky about the games it will play. Aerowings and the other "flying game" won't play at all. He gets all pissed off every time he tries to play them. You would think he'd give up trying after all this time, but he is a tenacious and optimistic little bugger :D

  2. tell you what i'm gonna cheack around here for a little while and if nothing comes i'll ask you agin thanks for looking it made me happy

No problem it wasn't out of my way. I thought $25 was kind of high anyway. I will keep a look out around here too and let you know if I find anything. ;)

  3. And if everybody does that, it won't be valuable. :D

Ah you must have collected Star Wars toys... :D

Past tense? No, I have all the ones from my childhood and I still buy new ones even today. :D

Too bad I didn't know you a year ago, we got rid of almost all our SW toys, the only thing I won't let go of is our near complete FF collection (missing the sandtrooper only) :D

  4. I think you should change one of the pictures(NOT the crack one, that one is too funny) to something very disgusting, like a picture of poop(I can help you out with that one if you need it  ;) ).

Or you could maybe change one to like hardcore porn, or something that eBay may frown upon

No way! Then they might take it down

  5. i don't really care starscream i just want one to play with my friends

You know what, I'll go look for one tomorrow after work since I'll be right by our local used game store, I know Starscream won't sell his DC copy, he is again thinking of completing his collection of DC games ( even though he sold off a bunch last year)

  6. I went through my brother's stuff in my parents basement last summer to get all his old C64 games, when Starscream finally dragged it out at my insistance, and I was happily surprised that they worked fine, even the notched ones. The only one that didn't work was the one I hole-punched :D (Hell hath no fury like a pissed off little sister!) I've had a few 3 1/2in go bad on me, but I think they were screwed up to begin with.

    Good question though...

  7. Ps - or you could just hunt them down and anonymously make them miserable, lol :P

Love the new avatar.. poor penguin!

and that is my favorite thing to do, I love to hear the surprise in sellers voices when I call them on the phone and ask "Hey either send my money back, send the item I bought, or I'm coming to you. I've got plenty of time and nothing better to do." Most of the time it works although one time a guy claimed that he wasn't who he was, that he was his brother, and his brother died and he was cleaning out his house :D

  8. I do buy stuff on ebay quite frequently but, it has to be a good deal.  My favorite place to trade, sell, and buy stuff is with members on Atariage and events like Phillyclassic.  Everyone knows "what is going on" unlike most ebay dumbasses selling classic games.

    MattG.

I am surprised that you can buy so frequently on eBay and get good deals. I remember the good old days when everything I got through there was a good price. With the traffic that's on there now, it's gone from an obscure garage sale nobody knew about to the biggest, overpriced flea market around. :)

  9. I remember playing PONG with my Dad when I was about 3 or 4, but I don't remember him playing the 2600. He probably did with my brothers.

As soon as Pac-Man came out we could not get my mom off the system. She would play for hours, she still plays Ms. Pac-Man on the Genesis. Now my Dad plays PC games with my older brother and his smelly friends(they really smell, never bath, never heard of soap and deodorant :woozy: )

I think it's great that my parents never said playing video games was bad for us or bought us "educational" games to make playing them "OK" :)
