  1. Can you post a picture of your "gold-plated phono-to-f adapter"? That would be the top suspect. Also, have you tried channels 2, 3, and 4?
  2. Awesome! You know, getting a working Virtual Boy for $14 has got to be one of the best deals I've heard of in a while. Personally, I love the VB. Great graphics, and a very good 3d effect.
  3. Very nice haul. Do they all work? I guess you don't know yet without a power supply.
  4. Here is the link to the thread with the hacks: http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/65897-supercharger-conversion-hacks/
  5. Ah! Sorry. Nope, not gonna make that one; I'm in Oregon.
  6. This is great info. I didn't realize you could play standard 2k and 4k games! With an old MP3 player, you have a ghetto harmony cart.
  7. I do have a tip for you. The games for the Supercharger came on tape. However, you can find them on-line in WAV format. Convert them to MP3 format (using very high quality) and then you can play the games using any old portable MP3 player. Frogger for Supercharger is just fantastic. I don't think they are worth a lot, since a lot of people have no idea about them. Maybe $20-$30 I would think. But not completely sure. I have one that I bought new probably about 1984 or so.
  8. May I ask what general ballpark you all paid for shipping? I'm assuming it comes from Canada, but not sure what shipping will cost
  9. I would definitely try cleaning the contacts on the cartridge, or find another game to test with.
  10. I have a couple of TI 99/4A black keyboards that only partially work. I'm sure like many people on this board, I have trouble throwing old junk away. Does anyone want these to possibly fix? Will I go to [email protected] if I throw them away? I also ended up with 4 extra working keyboards (3 black, 1 tan). I'm thinking about selling these if there is any interest.
  11. I have the following to trade. Please let me know if interested: TI 99/4a A-Maze-ing (CIB) Personal Record Keeper (CIB) Atari 8-bit Eastern Front C64 Toy Bizzare Dig Dug Centipede Robotron
  12. I'm pretty new to Intellivision, and want to play/collect a variety of games. Loose is fine. Hopefully, someone has duplicates that they would like to let go inexpensively. Shark! Shark! Bump n Jump Centipede Defender DIg Dug Diner Dracula He-Man Popeye Tron Deadly Discs Venture Tennis
  13. Thanks, I'll look on ebay for those games.

Very cool. I want one. They had one at the Portland Retro Gaming Expo, and it was quite fun to play.
  15. Fantastic. Need to dust off my copy of backgammon this weekend.
  16. Well, I found this list: http://mainbyte.com/ti99/carts/carts_list.asp Any one have some speech enabled games they'd like to sell?
  17. Hello all: I now have a fully working TI 99/4A and speech synthesizer. I've been playing Parsec, and it is fantastic. I have a couple of kids educational math games that also support speech. My question: Are there any other speech enhanced games I should look for? Thanks
  18. No you haven't had bad luck. Your experience is the same as mine. I must have bought 5 C-64's until I found one that worked perfectly. And I also have friends that pulled theirs out of the attic and they simply no longer work.
  19. Hi there: I'm interested in the VIC-20 stuff (although I'd only want 1 of each item -- no dups). Also the COCO. And I live in Portland. Please im me and lets talk about pricing. Thanks.
