You can get them brand new for pretty cheap on ebay IIRC.

I dont know what stalker is, but id be all over that boxed set.
As Doubleminor pointed out its a horror FPS set in an alternate reality in the area surrounding the Chernobyl NPP. Its loosely based off of the movie Stalker (1979) and the book on which its based, Roadside Picnic. Its a fantastic series and if you enjoy FPS' its definitely worth checking out. Its extremely atmospheric and a joy to play.

I'm all for collectors editions so long as they actually offer some cool stuff. This is one I always wish was released in the US. Its the Polish limited edition for one of my favorite games. It all came packaged in a large tin can.

I bought my PSP initiall just for the Ys remakes, have since found a lot worth buying, already have double what I own for my DS and I got that thing on launch. lol Other then that one case I can't recall ever buying a console for a single game.

It's amazing how much there is to do in this game!
Hahaha almost too much! Earlier today I decided to try and finish up all the misc and various other quests I'd aquired so I'd have a nice clean quest log. Well about half way through the total time I played today I realized I'd doubled the number of quests I have to do just from chatting with people I ran into along the way. *facepalm* lol
Right now I'm just having fun exploring and trying to figure out what I want to do with all the perk points I've amassed, I'm thinking of dumping 2 into smithing so I can unlock the glass armor but haven't decided for sure yet, that still leaves like 13 points to distribute, not sure what to do with them, trying to figure out what will best compliment my stealthy archer, thinking of looking into experimenting with some magic.

Any chance of a list of games and photos? I'm still tempted but need as much info as possible before I can make up my mind either way.

Well, I'm after a copy of Final Fantasy for the MSX2. I was considering selling off 5 consoles to be specific. A 3DO, Neo Geo Pocket Color, Sega Saturn, Xbox, and Amstrad GX4000. I never sell things from my collection but I've been debating it. Any advice out there?
If you decide to sell hit me up about the Neo Geo Pocket Color, I've already got one but might make an offer if its a color I'm looking for in a condition I like, would also be interested in the games depending on what you've got.

Ooooh so tempted on that six switcher since not only is it a sears unit(which I love!) but your local so wouldn't need to potentially pay shipping.

'Now I just need to find a good source for roms, the site you gave me the invite for months back I stupidly forgot to log into before going on a vacation and it lapsed.

Dude you threw away the keys to Fort Knox and I don't have another invite.............well I PM'd about it, I will hook ya up with another source not as good but still pretty damned good........
I Know, I was pissed when I realized when I realized I couldn't log back on.
I've been checking periodically on the site hoping to be able to get back in but it doesn't seem like they purge as aften as the registration paga claims. :/ -
My Caanoo arrived from Korea an hour ago(haha that was quick), I'm extremely impressed with it so far. It feels extremely solid and has a good weight to it. The 4 gig SD card it came with came preloaded with a very nice selection of games, funny enough a good number of the ones I wanted to get for it anyway. Was a nice surprise, I was expecting it to be a blank card when I saw it listed among what I'd get. The game play is fantastic as well, just had a session with Metal Slug 2 and the controls feel perfect, much better then Metal Slug controls on my PSP(its amazing the difference a proper joystick makes). The only complaints I have with it are the shoulder buttons are a little hard to reach when playing and are a bit stiff and the joysticks rubber material isn't as grippy as expected but thats not too big a deal just have to periodically readdjust where my thumb is. One thing that I'm not sure about is something I noticed when playing Metal Slug 2, on the second level when killing large groups of mummies the Caanoo would emit a crackling noise from its speakers, not sure if this is something to be worried about or if its normal and the speakers are just not up to it, definitely going to try and figure it out though because I want to make sure there is no faults with it before the time passes when I can return/exchange it.

You'll want this site for apps and emulators you probably already know:
Yup. I've got it book marked and will start digging around the site after work tomorrow which is when my Caanoo is scheduled to arrive. Now I just need to find a good source for roms, the site you gave me the invite for months back I stupidly forgot to log into before going on a vacation and it lapsed.

I'm extremely jealous of that FlashBoy of yours.

Mine does this to, its only really noticeable when there is a high contrast image, its extremely noticeable in Slime World, but never in things like Shanghai. I've been actually meaning to ask about this as well.

Just ordered a caanoo.

I just use a cheap 4.5 and 3.8 for when I need to open stuff up. The cheap ones seem to be all over the place when it comes to durability, I read reviews from people who bought them saying they stripped and were useless after only one use. Mine are holding up great and I've used them many times.

Got this today, not game related but awesome. Its the novelization of Robot Jox... yes this exists apparently. lmao
Lol... the Robot Jox movie came out in like 1990... it was terrible

I personally love the movie even with how bad it is. The action in it is top notch and the stop motion while jerky is 1000x more believeable then all the uncanny vally modern cgi crap.

Sold her a mint complete copy of Eye of the Beholder for the Lynx, she paid quickly and had great communication. Would gladly do business with her again!

So as of late I've been thinking about buying a emulator handheld like the Dingoo or Caanoo. I was wondering if anyone could give me there opinions on which would give me the most bang for my buck, is the best build quality and most importantly best game play overall. Not really sure where to start as I've never had anything like one before and have only played with emulation on my PC a couple of times. I'm also curious if anyone has modded a PSP 3000 for emulation. I looked into it when I initially bought it and it just seemed way to difficult and I stopped looking for the time being out of fear I'd brick the poor thing, but that was many months ago, could it have gotten easier since then? Anyway if you have any imput let me know.

GameFlop only knocks off a few bucks for a gooey, scratched up used game, so paying full price isn't a huge annoyance
True but if you pick up something and its absolute garbage your pretty much stuck with it. If you buy it used from gamestop and it turns about to be a crapfest you can just take it back and get something else.

Star Wars TIE FIGHTER - PC Game Review

I miss playing this and X-Wing, my dad got me them when I was very young and let me play them on his computer when he didn't need it for work. I actually think TIE Fighter was the first game I ever played.
Hmm wonder if its possible to get it working on Windows 7 if I found a copy...
