  1. I gave you a private IM of the best email to contact Curt. Have you done so? of course, thank you so much as i described, i received a repply from him over a week ago , telling he will take car of the order, but then again nothing, was not even asked my address i don`t even live in the same place anymore really don`t care about those joysticks anymore after 2 1/2 years but when something similar happened to a user here, just wanted to tell my experience
  2. So what did he say? On second thought, I'd rather not see this thread degenerate with a bunch of posts from you. just told my experience when a user asked i have proof of everything i said -google checkout receipts- Never ever had a problem with Batari , Chad Schell, James or Steven Tucker they all offer very good service hope you all have better luck with Curt!!
  3. as always you really don`t know what you're talking about
  4. i`m seeing that`s Curt way What does that mean? Just curious is all to the status. I've been working quite a bit lately and haven't kept up with the swing of things. It took me forever even to find the receipt for my order, and I almost questioned whether I ordered at all Not causing a stink, and I don't at all mind if it is still in the works, but still I would kind of like to know what the status is as of right now. i bought usb sticks from him in 2009, and still can`t get him to ship or answer so good luck... Well, if that is true, that is not good AT ALL. Curt, can you please reply to this gentleman, me and the rest of us on this? I find it really hard to believe that he would screw anyone as he has been a major player in the Atari world for many years. This must be some kind of mistake or forgotten order...or something. well after 2 years he answered me last week because i posted here, never heard of him again finally bought the Atari Usb sticks from another retailer on 01/03/2010 (Bohus and James Grahame) they got their inventory from Curt and said the same happened to lots of people James even offered to make contact with him , again never happened i think he is an honest person , though too arrogant, and since he does not take paypal... ...you can only beg him to ship if he feels like it so for the 7800 XM i will wait for it to appear elsewhere this time around...

  7. Indeed, and we're also talking about Atari 2600. It's 2011; go buy an Xbox 360. had the 360 for about 6 years now, and enjoying it a lot - boulderdash retro online ,just released ! - does that make me less hardcore than you? but Harmony was not launched 30 years ago when kbs meant lots of money...
  8. That's awesome But If you look at how many atarimax carts were sold at that price point for even less popular systems You will see many of us will pay top dollar for quality specs, At least the ones that bought you the "deluxe" version. Maybe making H2 compatible with larger games on an actual 2600? It woul be a shame having to take out the 7800 to play the latest-bigger 2600 games...
  9. I didn't say pennies literally, though if Harmony de luxe version was 129+ uss, and included reasonable specs, It would have sold the same
  10. You have explained it all before, and i partially agree, but 5 times a few cents are still cents... Just hope we don't see the same mistakes on H2, it would be a shame seeing games not working on it a few months after its out Still think, Yes , Batari is God and walks over water!!
  11. And no, i don't need to start a competing company to state a product has flaws, And they could be avoided ... Still think Batari rocks though!!
  12. Are we talking about 32k?!!? 64k?!!? This is 2011 for christ sake!!
  13. It's not impossible, though not easy to scroll down when you have many lines of text to quote
  14. And what is really the doubled cost of the board? Cents...
  15. That's the point, get a few Harmony carts before they're gone like CC2... Not a perfect product at all though
  16. I'm on an ipad 2, great for reading, not so great for posting/editing
  17. Sarcasm aside, Unfortunately that is not an unlikely scenario...
  18. And i totally agree, i can't be more grateful for what we got, For me Harmony cart was a child's dream come true
  19. Did you not get an SD card and manual with your copies? (Not rhetorical this time.) All we deserved was what we were offered. We knew (or should have known) what we were getting before we ordered. If we didn't want it, then we didn't have to order it. I wish you would stop running down the Harmony cart. We are not entitled to have hardware developers cater to our wishes. Show them some gratitude so they will feel encouraged to continue work on their future projects. I'm guessing that Atari 2600 Boulder Dash ® will probably be compatible with the H2 when it is released.
  20. I don't want to run down Harmony, i'm still happy with it, Though it would be cool to see that tendency of putting "out of date hardware to save cents" run out of steam On next versions of the product at least!! Not cool seing incompatible games that can't be handled by the device so soon after you got the product
  21. Don't get me wrong, i adore the product, But if batari offered a deluxe version, higher priced, Then we deserved more than the cable... ...even if we had to pay more
  22. Crap, i knew it was going to be obsolete soon, very low specs to save just a few cents..
