Okay, so i found the download that Carlsson linked to above, it included a whole bunch of files, do i just need CBM-filebrowser.D64 and a few roms on the SD card, then type LOAD"*",8,1 and it will run the directory program, and then just select a file to load from there?

Yeah, and he isnt responding to emails, and he sent me the wrong AC plug. stuck working out with what i have though. there is a link for files, is it as simple as just downloading them all and stuffing them on the card in no particular order?

alright, so i did that and got to list, but the several files that show in the list have odd symbols that i cannot find on the commodore key board. example _-lype.d64 instead of R-type.d64 as it appears on my PC. Is it possible to just select it from the list, or do i have to type out the title?

The only thing on the SD card is a file called EMPTY. i put one file for PACMAN on the card, plugged everything up and typed LOAD, then it told me to press play on the tape, witch i do not have. I am obviously a total noob, spend most of my 8 bit computer time on an 800XL. help?

now that i have an Sdrive2 Im finding alot of games i want to play that need more RAM, whats the easiest way to bump up to at least 128K?

I see, any good sources for XEX files? I had been grabbing file dumps from Atarimania but alot of them seem to not work with this device.

Also, what is the largest format of micro SD this will work with?

Is it really only a floppy drive, or just a "Drive." Will it not run games that where originally on tape?

Is this device not compatible with rom files? just tried to load up Galaxian and had.... problems. Also, there is no problem putting folders inside of folders on the SD card correct? like if i was to make a G folder inside of the GAMES folder?

Yes RF completely disabled. Im still getting very faint sound, wich leads me to think Cap issue. Thanks for all the responses guys, gonna open her back up when i get a chance.

Just finished an AV mod, was working fine for a few days, then suddenly next to no sound, or you can barely hear it when you turn the TV waaay up. havent opened it back up yet, i don't think its my work but could be wrong obviously. Is there a certain cap that affects the sound if it goes bad?
