  1. But would the 60 in 1 have wall mounted princess phone??? I think not!!! For $500, you would think that they could have at least made the phone one of these:
  2. I might even consider the purchase if it had a recliner option! PS: I just love the old skool wall mounted princess phone!
  3. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 170539035365 I always wish I had a Star Wars arcade game in the original cab, so it is a bit painful to see this but, on the other hand, this is one heck of a cool way to re-purpose a piece of arcade history. At least it wasn't turned into one of those 60 in 1 cabs that doesn't even include Star Wars! Just thought I would share!
  4. I have 68 copies of Combat! R1 x 68 copies = R68
  5. If only P.T. Barnum were alive....
  6. REAGAN - REAGAN - REAGAN!!!! (My bad on the spelling....it was a bit early in the AM )
  7. I purchased ColecoVision Lord of the Dungeon from luciferhalo and the transaction was perfect. Great communication, excellent packaging, arrived fast and the game was absolutely in mint condition! I look forward to buying / selling / trading with whiskyriver again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
  8. I purchased Quest for the Rings from whiskyriver and the transaction was perfect. Great communication, excellent packaging, arrived fast and the game was near mint! I look forward to buying / selling / trading with whiskyriver again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
  9. When I saw it was up to $182 - 24 hrs before close, I knew it was going to be a runaway train. I always wanted one of those, but for $1800?
  10. Gamestop = NO PROBLEM You will be able to do this at any time. I, myself, have done this so many times I can't count.
  11. I just completed another sale of 2600 games to HG and everything went great. He communicated well and paid quickly. All in all, a very nice person to work with. It is always a pleasure!!!
  12. I just completed a sale of 2600 games to Kyle and everything went great. He communicated well and paid quickly. All in all, a nice person to work with.
  13. Piece of cow doody. My vote for best thread ever!
  14. Tease! Every time I see you post to this thread, I get excited thinking you have some news! I am patient tho...so....um...any news yet???
  15. Super Cobra perhaps? or the Atari 2600 version:
  16. If you put a deposit down at a major chain (ie: Gamestop or EB Games), you can change your mind. Just recently, I put a deposit down on Homefront and my wife ended up buying it for me the day it came out as a surprise. Even after the launch, they let me move the deposit money over to another game.
  17. Wonderful transaction with ATARIAUCTIONS. Lightning fast shipping and games were in amazing shape. Everything was well packaged and sold at a fair price. Thanks again!
  18. Looks cool. I did notice a high % of european listings here. It makes me curious as to it's popularity per region. In any case, it does look like well designed site. New to me!
  19. I've looked into this quite a bit, and although the story is very intriguing, I have come to the conclusion that it is all quite baseless. All of the evidence put forth so far points to the smallest (and I'm talking microscopic) shreds of truth wrapped up in a really good folk tale. I would guess that it relates to the fact that in the early versions of Tempest, some cases of epileptic seizures were reported. Take a quick media spin and a game of telephone line (did you hear that bobby was at the arcade and...)....voila! 30 years later, it all makes sense! I agree, there aren't many details here, but with what is out there, it sounds like a campfire tale for gamers. Not a hoax, but rather a runaway story that has had 30 years to build up into what it is today. I do love that legend tho...so X-Files! That being said...someone did email me the game in a zip file once. I was too afraid to open it up and try it myself tho. Not because of the mind control, but more because it probably has some kind of virus embedded in there! More of a 2011 fear than a 1981 fear...or should I say more nortons rather than men in black!
  20. What's the name of the game? (can that be a question???) Actual question: Is it pre-1985?
  21. PM'd. I would love a copy of this as well! Please let me know if I can get in line!
  22. Nice find! You should post a list of what games you managed to get! It's always nice to see when another member gets a good deal! What a nice way to start your 7800 experience!
