  2. That 'voodoo man' sprite shares the palette of the soil texture / tree in v2 and the palette of Toki in v3. Certainly with the help of a developer it would be possible to update / add some palettes and tiles ( v4 mockup below ).
  3. Fantastic work, CDS Games! Thanks for sharing it! ...is it just the color palette for a PAL60 conversion: http://www.randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-tia-color-charts.html http://atariage.com/forums/topic/193459-pal60-roms/?hl=%20pal%20%2060
  4. Still things additional to fix in the NES Kaettekita Mario Bros: -Turtles walk animation: only 3 frame (6 frame on Atari XE version) - phase sequence incorrectly ( correct on Atari XE version) - levels layout: position and aspect ratio of the large hydraulic tubes (more accurate on Atari XE version) - large control valve of the hydraulic tubes: missing (included on Atari XE version) - Intro animations: Bonus Coin graphics missing (included on Atari XE version) I could go on ... Side note, the Atari XE version of Mario Bros has been made by Sculptured Software (7800 version: Alien Brigade / Commando / Dark Chambers). A nice video here : * Getting back on topic: 7800 Mario Bros. = Meh. 7800 Fight Night = Trash.
  5. "Posted Thu Jun 11, 2015 10:11 PM Hi, I've gotten lots of emails, facebook messages, and AA PM's Please DO NOT send these to me. When I announce its time to ship pre-orders, a website has been set up. You will submit your name, address, order # and copy of payment email/receipt and this will all go into a single database for me to manage shipping everyone's orders out to current addresses and such. I am not keeping emails, pms and such with information you are sending me, its too much to try and handle, I will only take updated information through the website entry page I've set up. So please do NOT send me your order info and address information until you are notified and you go to the website entry page. Thanks. 6. Nice fast de-solder here. One leg seems broken but not important for that application.
  7. Make flame 7800 art, not 7800 flame wars...

  13. Simple BASIC program on Commodore VIC-20. Big-Trak as well.
  14. Completely agree, I could not say it better. Thanks for your post, freewheel. Here, your thought in an example: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/171671-surprise-donkey-kong-with-pokey-sound/page-7?do=findComment&comment=2718757 @ DZ-Jay, congratulations for your Christmas Carol, it is wonderful.
  15. Not the same thing, however porting a legendary game still can require more work and study than designing a game from scratch. It depends on the result you want to achieve.
  16. Kevin's Double Dragon 'Updated Graphics' with POKEY sound would be awesome.
