How many original atari 2600 game boxes were made with the front flap open style? I have Combat, Black Jack and Star Ship.

As well, I would like to know if you can tell the difference among Atari made boxes between ones that contain a text label and ones with a picture label. I collect the text labels and would like to be able to spot them on places like ebay without having to email the seller.

Does anyone have a good method of cleaning a tightly stuck on price tag sticker off a 2600 box without ripping up or destroying it? Thanks for any help.
