I'll run Windows 95 on it until it blows up or my daughter starts school & I buy a current system.... not for another 3 years.

I've just put the "Cyberstella" on my PC and I am grateful for those that pointed me in this direction :wink: . It just doesn't have the same feel as the real Atari though. Last night I got home from work @ 11:30pm and an old high school pal that is still in town stopped by and we played Atari until 4:30AM............ just like the old days...... too easy to loose track of time while on the 2600.

LOL. Well, I still run Windows 95 for the same reason I drive a 1995 Pontiac w/ 140,000 miles on it. "If it aint broke.... don't buy a new one." I would rather sve my $. Windows 95 is sufficent for my needs at home. (still on a copper phone wire too!). I have XP at work.

Someone please point me in the direction of decent Atari 2600 modulation software that I can download (prefer "free") for my Gateway 2000 233mghz 4 Gig 128mb RAM running Windows 95 with the Microsoft Sidewinder 3d Pro joystick. I was a big Atari fan as a kid & have been buying up cartridges on Ebay, but I have just learned of this "modulation" possibility. Assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you.
