Master Phruby

I left negative feedback for a seller because the package never arrived, its untrackable and he blames the post office. He wants me to change my feedback. Should I do it? Ebay already refunded my money.

  If he was good about refunding the money, you could say the seller made it right. If he had to be forced by ebay or if ebay ate the cost, then the negative stays.

  Can you even change your feedback? I wouldn't think that was possible.
  
  If you can, I'd change it to "neutral," something to the effect of, never got the package but got a refund.
  
  Or positive if he was really nice about it. But that doesn't sound earned here.

  He can not unless the seller sends him a feedback change request. I would be pissed if I sent a package and PO never delivered and buyer got a refund yet I got a negative. This is why I will not ship w/out tracking. Must be a China order.
