I left negative feedback for a seller because the package never arrived, its untrackable and he blames the post office. He wants me to change my feedback. Should I do it? Ebay already refunded my money.
If he was good about refunding the money, you could say the seller made it right. If he had to be forced by ebay or if ebay ate the cost, then the negative stays.
He can not unless the seller sends him a feedback change request. I would be pissed if I sent a package and PO never delivered and buyer got a refund yet I got a negative. This is why I will not ship w/out tracking. Must be a China order.
