I left negative feedback for a seller because the package never arrived, its untrackable and he blames the post office. He wants me to change my feedback. Should I do it? Ebay already refunded my money.

  Sadly, international shipping can be very slow. I would allow at least 3-4 weeks. 7-10 is someone at eBay being wildly optimistic.

  There is some setting wrong on his account WRT shipping then. I bought something recently and it was set to 45 days and I couldn't do anything until it passed that amount other than message the seller.
