    What do you do with someone that makes an offer on ebay and then doesn't pay or respond?

      I would assume non-paying bidder strike? Never run into it, personally.

      There's a button for that on eBay. You'll probably get some sob story about how they lost their job and wallet and cat between the time they pressed the BUY NOW button and looking up their PayPal password.

      I've done contact buyer and send invoice. I can't even open a case for 30 days. Maybe this is why I don't sell on ebay.
