I went to replace the household's old broken Xbox 360 with a PS3 this week and was rather shocked when the game store sales rep informed me that most PS3 games can't be played off the disc and that the discs are just used to install games to the hard drive like on a computer. As you might have guessed I left without purchasing a PS3.

Hurray, yet another thing I found doesn't work in El Capitan: my 2nd display. I could die a happy man staying on Snow Leopard forever. It was fast, stable and everything worked great.
