    Hopefully the roller controller will work on it. I know it draws power between the CV and the wall wart. Maybe there is better way to make that work? I wonder why no one has come out with an independent power supply for it.

    Actually something more like this with only two players. I could route in some glowire and put some inside the Tron stick.

    The way I'm leaning right now is to make an arcade controller pedestal with hdmi out and power plug. That way I can plug it into any stand alone LED TV. The Jamma or any native arcade board I would need a vga to hdmi upscaler and audio amplifier built into the controller pedestal. I'm not going to run gun games. Something like this:

    I'm going to build an arcade machine from scratch. What is the best way to do this? Should I buy a Jamma multi game board or run Mame under windows. I've already built a Raspberry pi based arcade cabinet so I want something a little more robust.

    I went ahead and drilled it out. It wasn't hard. Now I can replace the joystick and buttons. I cleaned out 40 years of dirty from the monitor and bezel. Otherwise the cab is very clean.

    This lock is a circular one and its in the coin. A flat head wouldn't work.

    That is not mine but it is pretty amazing. I'm looking at doing a bigger controller with integrated CPU and I liked that as a possible example.
