Does anyone know if web browsers block certain websites? No, it is not a porn site or anything remotely illegal. Any help would be great and I use I.E. 8 or 9 or whatever the latest version is. Thanks.

  If it's Chrome, it's for virus/safety reasons only. Otherwise, across all browsers, it's up to the user and/or some third-party plugins.

  Thanks Enig, the one tiny thing I can find out is the site is under a PPS, PPH, or some other PP something type of attack. Any clue on what that is?

  PHP? It's a scripting language many websites use.. There are PHP vulnerabilities from time to time..
