They were sold untested and as is. I do not see how you can win a case when those terms are stated. The picture in the auction even shows the weird dusting on the controller cables. Obviously the seller was being a little sneaky by not mentioning the whatever that was on the the cables and extremely lazy by not cleaning them.

As is and no refund. How do you get around that one? Warning flags shoot up immediately when I read this and I will not purchase the item, It is kind of like a private party selling a car, there is no warranty of any kind. The second money exchanges hands the seller is out of the loop. I do not see how this one would go in favor of the buyer.

Personally I would be stressed out and click on the price every other minute.

Please expand, tell us what happened. I have a story also where I submitted a score (over a year ago) and has not been recognized. Honestly, there are probably thousands of scores acheived that have not been recognized. It would be great if there was an actual and factual web site that took scores in and were honest about them. I know it would be tough to do and I have no answer for that.

As I was outbid ( like usual on any r-10) I can honestly say that your auction was normal for that cart. Your auction is defininitely nothing that was different or over the top from the few Air Raid auctions that have come up over the years. As an aside, I honestly thought I was going to win this one, but alas, NOPE.

I am gonna go out on a limb here, but pretty much every single one of them were much more exciting than the actual game. The game Adventure being the only exception to the rule.

I would like to inject the Gamecube. My personal reason is that it was not supported very well at all. There are some great games, but not nearly enough. It has great controls and great graphics, but shit for games.

What did you think a Wonder 007 was? Pretty sure I would have thought it was an E-bay handle. For the record, I have no idea what Wonders E-Bay I.D. is.

Great topic B. The three other systems I enjoy are: #1 N64, Super Mario 64 and Goldeneye are great. #2 Gamecube, Resident Evil 4 probably the best game (other than Adventure) that I have ever played. #3 NES, Shadowgate got me hooked on this system.

Please dont insult storage wars its a good show, anyway, when the guy did take it to a video game store to have it appeased it turned out the guy in the video games store said it was only worth $10 and the system did not even power on.. The people selling this stuff for what they think its worth with no real research is a joke.. and they should be punished, i myself reported it to ebay stating that there is soem fraud going on here.. i urge others to do the same Appeasment rarely works, look at how much good it did for England before and during WWII. How and why do you punish some idiot trying to sell something for more than its worth? Look at Mcgrails prices, should we punish him also?
