  1. Which of the big 3 Atari, Mattel Intv , or Coleco, would dominated the 80's if the video game market crash didn't happen. Atari 2600 was still going strong at the time. The 5200 was not much supported by atari, but it going to release some nice games in 84. If the 7800 was released in 84, would it make a difference. Maybe if they would release the 7800 adapter for the 5200, would make a good seller. If the atari 5200 prototypes had been released in 84, would it had turn things around. Mattel INTV . INTELLIVISION wAS DOING GOOD UNTIL MARKETING KEPT SCREWING UP in 83 . IF they would concentrate on releasing the intv 3 and put more expansion stuff for the ECS, would it made a huge difference. The ECS, IS A cool expansion game system, but hardly no support. If Mattel release the intv 4, maybe it would of turn things around. Coleco- The colecovision was pretty strong system also. IT HAD GREAT GAMES, plus nice accessories. If coleco would release some of the games that were supposed to been released. would it made a bigger impact. If coleco didn't release the adam and concentrated of the super module and a system , would it dominated the rest of the 80's. What do you think?
  2. YES thanks David, for the info. Keep up the good work and updates.

  5. About square adventure the sequel. Just a suggestion
  6. I know Activision bought them out, before they went under. i don't know exactly when. Probably my guess 84 or 85. Too bad they didn't survive , they made awesome games. I magic is one of my favorites publisher.
  7. I would like to see more Intellivoice and ECS games for the Intv. Is there a demand for them. Does anybody else feel the same.
  8. Looks awesome TODD. Really cool and awesome graphics. Put me down also when you put it on cart. Good work. Is it also going to be complete in the box.
  9. With the coding weekend event just gone by, I've even more projects to work on. If I get some time before the next coding weekend event in December I'll show and tell for the Intellivision. Yay! Cool GB, it looks very cool and a awesome game. I happy that is going to be on a cart. Is it going to be cib also. Can't wait to play it. Keep us updated. Thanks for your hard work and giving us new games for the Intv.

  11. Does anybody know if mystery castle is going to be released on cartridge form for the INTV. It looks like a very cool game . Is it complete.
  12. The question that most people want to know. I have both systems. Love them both. Staying neutral in this one. But you decide? The 2600 has a huge library of games, plus accessories, paddles, trackball etc. Some games have really cool and good graphics. Intellivsion better graphics. Great sports titles and other great games. Plus intellivoice and Ecs system, 2600 apapter, music keyboard.
  13. No i haven't . I bet it was very cool.
  14. I think the Intv controllers are one of the best.I had the INTV since 83,i loved it every since. You have a disc you can control in all directions by using your thumb or thumbnail .I don't have hand cramps like i do with a joystick or a keypad on the other systems. I think Colecovsion has the worse controller with a knob and sometimes it gets very awkward to use. T he 5200 controller in my opinion is even better than the Coleco, besides the fire buttons. The Intv contollers after awhile you get the feel to know how to use and control the disc and keypad. Plus you have a nice fire buttons on the side with a nice and shiny overlay in the insert slot , to make the keypad more colorful. I don't think the system or the controllers deserve a bad rap . The Intv deserves love and respect as one of the better systems yesterday and today. What do you think?
  15. Night driver is one of my favorite racing games on the Atari 2600. IS there enough interest for some programmer to make a sequel to this game.
  16. I like both systems. They both have there own uniqueness. But i grew up with the 5200. I got in 84. After i already had the 2600 and the intellivision 2. i got a colecovision in the early 90's. Both systems have good games. i Like colecovision accessories. But i like the 5200 trackball better. I also like the 5200 system slick look and joysticks. If i had the choice of the 2 . I would go with the 5200 all the way.
  17. That is a very difficult question. Intellivision has so many good games. I have alot of favorites. But i am going with. 1. AD&D DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS CLOUDY MOUNTAIN 2. BURGER TIME 3. THUNDER CASTLE My other favs. lock n chase, auto racing, he man, shark shark, treasure of tarim. dragonfire, demon attack.etc.
  18. Cafeman, that is very very cool.Great work . I have both of your games Koffi and adventure 2. Is Adventure 2 going to be complete in the box. Any news on Airworld. I would love to have a copy of that for the 5200.
  19. Do you still have your original console or consoles, back in the day, when you were growing up . Or in recent years, when it was new, or your very first one. Do you still play it , or does it still work. I still have my original Atari 2600, when i got it in 1981 or 82. It still works, but i don't use it anymore. I play on other 2600 consoles, i picked over the years. I also still have my original Intellivision 2 , back in 83, it still works. Atari 5200 2 port back in 1984, it still works i play it here and there. Commodore 64 keyboard, back in 85. It still works and i still use it. How about you?
  20. Intellivsion is my favorite system. I had it back in the early 80's the intellivision 2 , atari 2600, and 5200. I had a few games back then. I really started collecting , back in the early 90's . I have a good collection of intv. I also collect colecovision , atari 2600 and 5200, Commodore 64 and atari 800 computer and the lynx. Also i collect the old mattel electronics handheld games. At one time i used to had almost every classic system and bunch of cib games, including the vectrex and atari 7800 ,jaguar , The vic 20, ti 99/4a. The intellivision at one time i had the music synthesier in the box with all the ecs games , except melody blaster. Right now i have a good collection for each system with nice prototypes reproduction games. It is really fun to collect with the systems you grew up with. It is also nice to see new games for these systems. My main goal now is collect much on the intv games and the 5200 games including new ones and the prototype reproductions.
  21. I would like to see defenders of the crown and rick dynamite to get release on cartridge form, for the Intv. I heard some talk or rumor about King of the Mountain may get on a cart someday. That will be so cool. I would also like to see some Ecs games get released like Yogi and Game factory.
