  1. Drinks on me. Got >10% raise this morning from my current employer after giving notice yesterday that I accepted another job. It's been a stressful process and looking forward to a few cold ones after work tonight.

  4. Is anyone else going to purchase the Mega Sg from Analogue Interactive? If so what controller will you be using? The system promises zero lag, but their advertised wireless controller from 8bitdo is known to have latency issues.

ery expensive. Very worth it. Replaceable common rechargeable battery. (Standing up I did the movements to check for a cord so I wouldn't snag it. There is no cord!)

Like Motzart is known to this day, the album "Dark Side of the Moon" is of such perfection, it will endure forever. Don't you think?

  7. Here's a question: Is the Arcadia Supercharger rarer than the Starpath (Formerly Arcadia) Supercharger? Same thing different sticker on the front and top.

I bought it as Arcadia when it first came out, seeing multi-load games as “the next thing” extending a fun game. I cut out the Starpath name when they changed and that is still Scotch taped over Arcadia! Also my first mod was the ColecoVision Exp. Module #1 filing the opening larger to accommodate the Supercharger.

  8. Tonight I went from a 1080i tv to a 4k. The difference is incredible even with upscaled Bluray. For under $300 is even more incredible. Next on the list is a 4k bluray player. I was pleased to see so many Nolan films on the format

Planet Earth and PE II are amazing in 1080p. That would be spectacular in 4K!

4K Ultra HD Blu-ray isn’t full 4K. I saw the world’s first Sony 1080 tube TV in the mid-80s playing uncompressed HD off a hand built LaserDisc player. A bike ride in the fall and the movie The Fly. It was like looking out an open window. What we are sold as consumers never came close to the potential of 1080i or 1080p.

^Thanks. Robert DeCrescnezo is so kind. He shared all the enemy movement data which is from the arcade rom, so _that_ hard work is done.

My planned 2600 version of Astro Blaster will have the a couple sound samples, and with AtariVox+ all the speech, as this is an early arcade “talkie” game where the speech is a lot of the nostalgia.

As a found prototype it is interesting to see how the program gets around Atari limitations. As a game to play over and over, a modern from scratch game would rock.

In PA the larger ones are finally legal, so everybody who went to buy some was probably like, "I can buy those now?" And purchased double what they intended. So it's been party all week. Uhh

^The Who? •I always loved Crazy Climber because of the way you control it, and all the places your player can put his hands. It seemed a requirement to have a different controller for every new game year after year!
