So I got a NES Top Loader on ebay that was AS-IS I was cleaning up the motherboard and found that cap C1 on the main board solder pad was not there. My question in where would the the best point to jump it to on the positive side of the cap? C1 is a 100u 6.3v cap

Last month I scored a Colecovision and 6 games with the manuals *Free* Then this month I got a SNES and 12 games *Free* The area I live in has a Facebook "Buy Nothing" board, I have started, once a month to post requesting any game systems or games working or not, or missing items or not. To my surprise these people were just going to toss them, and were more than welcome to the idea to give them a new home. -Matt

So I don't have an oscilloscope to tune this... can I try to adjust it while the the unit is on and connected to the TV?
