I just looked at my T2k game manual and it says *, Option, and # while at the main game screen

-
Ummm... *, #, Pause on the main menu screen? I'm not quite sure either. It should prompt you as to whether you really want to do it after you punch in the combo. I have done this on AvP before.

Primal Rage cd... new and sealed...

There ya go!

BTW: Super Burnout... now that was a fun Jag game... I probably put almost as many hours in that game as I did AvP... though not as many as Doom... my wife still likes to hook up the Jag's and play some Doom with me
Until the auction ends that is heh... -
Ewwww.... Checkered Flag was probably my most dissapointing buy. I bought it when you could still walk into a KB Toys and find Jag titles on the shelves all shiny and new. I wasn't able to buy games often then so I always chose games wisely. I didn't have a racing game yet and I felt I was putting to much time into Kasumi Ninja, AvP, and Doom lol... so I got it. Wow... I was so dissapointed when I got home with it. Still have i though. I have never played a game with worse handling. I was dissapointed in Blue Lightning as well... just wasn't a fun game for me. I enjoyed Highlander and Myst on the JagCD much more.

Today I saw a cartridge version of Iron Soldier 2 on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...4&category=3528
I remember hearing something about a cart a while back but I guess I completely forgot about it so I was pretty surprised when I saw it. I have the cd version. My question is this... What is the difference between the cart version and the cd version? I figure there has to be something taken out for the cart version as I don't see why they would have gone cd if it all fit on a cart. So is there something missing? Is cd a cheaper medium than cart or what? Just wondering what the difference is. Also... on the AtariAge rarity guide the cart is shown to have the same rarity level as the cd. I would think the cart would be more rare as this one on e-bay is the only one I've ever seen but I have seen the cd version a few times (other than in my own Jaguar heh.)

I'm perfectly content with the XBox games available... Halo, Serious Sam, Silent Hill2 : Restless Dreams, Max Payne, MGS2: Substance, Splinter Cel, Ghost Recon... just some of the great games available. But when it comes down to it... everyone in here is a fanboy... at least I know I am. Jaguar 100%!

The PSX/PS2 controller has never felt right in my hands for some reason. I have fairly large hands and I guess it's just a little to small. The standard XBox controller on the other hand... I don't care for it either. I can use it... and it's not to big. I just don't think it feels right. I couldn't compare it to the Jag controller. Even though the Jag controller is huge in size that is of course due to the numbpad. But when you hold it you hardly realize the numbpad is there except when using it. The indents for the index finger are perfect and I find the control fits in my hand just right. The XBox Controller S on the other hand... I think that is the most comfortable controller I have ever held. It does not fell cheap... it dosn't feel to big... nor to small... the trigger's have the perfect amount of resistance, and the rumble is nice and strong when it needs to be... real light when it needs to be. I think it all depends on your hands and how you like to hold your controller / how you like it to feel / weight preference... a lot of things.

I uinderstand waiting for the emulator to be as good as possible before release.... but there shouldn't be a web page or screenshots or anything until release because this is what you face. I have just finished playing AvP and Cannon Fodder (Yes... I own both these games... at least until somebody wins my auction) with Project Tempest and they didn't play perfectly but they played very well (Cannon Fodder played perfectly but the sound was jumpy and AvP played great but froze when I tried to go into a vent.) Project Tempest seems to be coming along very nicely and he releases versions so that people can try it out and see that it works. He just makes people aware it is not perfect and will not play all ROM's. Until I see it I won't believe it and I will just follow Project Tempest instead. At least that guy makes sure we know it's not fake. Now... if he would just port it to Linux lol.

I am in no way a fanboy. This is my opinion based on playing the game: I hate Metroid Prime. They tried to make a shooter out of Metroid and couldn't even get that right. You have to use the aim button in order to strafe. There is 100% auto-aim. They claim the game is for adults yet it still looks cartoony to me. Reminds me of when they said Golen Eye was for adults and it was the same way.... cartoony. I have an NES and I love the system. So I have nothing against Nintendo... but I feel that they integrate graphics into their games that appeal more to children. To back me up... look at what they are doing to Zelda. Zelda looks like a cartoon and since when was Link(I think that's his name... been a while) a little boy?!? I think the XBox would be a much better platform to develop for.

Hmmm... just curious in case I one day get this? Does this software run on dos or windows? Depending on which one of these it runs on has anyone tried this through dosemu or Wine/WineX on Linux? Just curious to know as all my machines run Linux (even my wife's machine.)

When I beat the game with the predator I felt the exact same way. It should have been designed better. An alien of her size would have been quite a challenge. I would also think there would be a spcial type of alient meant specifically for guarding the queen. If not a cool looking brute alien at least a bunch of the regular ones. It would have been really cool if upon entering the chamber a group of Aliens grabbed you and carried you to the queen. Maybe they could have even formed a circle around for you to fight in. I don't know, those are just some ideas of what could have been done.

Which Linux client do you speak of? I have been trying to find a good Doom Linux client recently since ZDaemon is no longer supporting a Linux client. Since they stopped supporting it I have been trying to find a "good" client. Anyway... I run a lot of games in Linux and am trying to put together a Linux Gaming webpage. The only doom screenshot I captured under Linux was from ZDaemon and since it is no longer supported I don't think I should have it on my page.

how do delete game keys on Tempest 2000?
