I decided to add the other 2 LEDs to give it a nice GLOW effect while playing at night or in a darkend room. It should look nice once its all said and done. I just picked up mounting screws at home depot for the s-video socket...why mouser electronics didn't give me mounting screws to begin with is beyond me...cheap d-bags! Anywho I decided to take RevEng's advice and only use the wire cap to link up the final 2 nodes to my LED circuit. When I do the pause mod I'll just have to unscrew the AV and S-Video jacks I suppose

Not sure how rare they are but they are def. nice! I saw one of them on ebay sometime last month...i should of picked it up. You can still get 3rd party cartridge binders tho.

I know about those but I don't consider any of them clones just because they aren't easily obtainable...like with the NES type clones I can easily find one on ebay and only pay around $25 on it. Where as with those listed IF I find one they are usually WAY overpriced. Unless I'm not looking in the right area for these clones...also some are PAL types as well too. I would like a nice NTSC type atari clone for $25...sorta like the AF 2 mod :-) minus the overprice. I don't know of any clones currently on the market, but there have been in the past. That sounds like an awesome idea! Its surprising that they don't have an Atari clone with all the various NES, SNES, and Gen clones out there now.

So have you had any success in reparing your carts? I would love to see pics of it fixed to see the difference :-) Exactly!!

I have alot of PS3 games I won't play again but its not worth trading in and also since I collect video games I don't intend to sell anything I currently own

Well I completed the LED mod only one question remains...apparently if all the wires are solderd then I won't be able to open up the case so I decided to link all the wires via 22AWG plastic twisty cap....I was wondering if that would work??? Also would that work with the wire connections going to the AV and s-video sockets for the av mod??? Thanks!

Yea now IF only I can stop buying PS3 games then I'd prolly have money for one, lol I thought it was cheap. It's like buying all the games for the price of a few PS3 games.

I just figured I'd have something new to talk about with the old...I will admit 2 of the post were just me being silly...like the one of the guy having problems with his 2600...but others were me being curious like the rescue terra I that tempest obtained.
