    Please, someone with a direct like to Toby please tell Toby (and Collectorvision) that I do have the REV A Galaga.

    Sorry for thinking and insisting I never got it mailed back.

     

    I remember mailing it, but I truly don't remember getting it back, but there it is in my cartridge organizer!

    (I had pretty bad "holiday depression" for the first time.)

    Don't worry Micheal.... Mistake can Happen. As long as you found it ... Now enjoy the game :)

    A question if I may. I understand that there have been some issues with this game, so forgive me if I am not clear on everything. I have attempted to order Galaga twice through the web site and have only received a notice saying that I will be contacted at a later date. I have no problem with waiting I just wanted to check and see if this game is, or will still be, available in the future.

    As much as I can't wait to try all these new games out, I say take your time and enjoy the run-up to X-Mas with your family as it only comes once a year. Considering how busy the postal service must be, most people wouldn't get them until after X-Mas or the New Year anyway.

    You have no idea how much I wish we could all think the same way..... Thanks Jim. I'll still do my very best best!

    I gotta admit to being the fool that paid the extremely steep price for both the Slurpy box and manual. :skull:

     

    I have been chasing after this box/manual or CIB for a number of years now and seeing as it is the very last CIB that I need to complete my U.S. releases collection, I just couldn't let another one slip through my hands. What really killed me was earlier this year there were two Slurpy CIBs that were listed as BINs and sold moments after they were listed on eBay... one for the ridiculously low price of $40 IIRC and another for almost as ridiculous $100 IIRC. The funny thing is I tapped out on the box only that OriginalPSP sold last month for $354 once it went past $225 thinking to myself that these bidders are nuts and then I go and pay $52 more.

     

    If it wasn't the last one that I needed, I would have tapped out on this one as well once it went past $225, but I just had to finish this CIB endeavor before year's end and couldn't bear to see another one slip through my hands. At least now there are only two more U.S. variations that I need that shouldn't break the bank when and if they become available because I think I'm finally through throwing this kind of money around. Well, at least until a CV POP Kiosk or similarly ultra-rare item shows up.

     

     

    I would have done the same thing Jim :) Good for you man! Now we need to see some updated pictures of your collection :grin:

    The problem is: It seems that Coleco Master do not offer me a new box. He offered me a return of everything and a full refund. First of all: I am a collector and I do not want a refund, I want the games. But on the other hand there is the question: What does a "full refund" mean? So far I paid 145$ for the games + 5€ for the first return + 20€ for a post redirection (which was needed since Coleco Master completely ignored my request for changed shipping adress, I can proof that I asked him long before he shipped the replacements) + 22€ custom fees for the second delivery + 7€ for the complete return of everything. This would mean 145$ + 54€ (68$) would be a FULL refund of all my costs. And again: Thats not what I am asking for.

     

    Is there another guy to talk with about a solution? I cant imagine that I will find one with Coleco Master. Not a single word of sorry for that, NOTHING like that. He also never commented the fact that I had to pay the return. I am very disapointed about his behavior so far.

     

    I hope he will offer me another replacement and a flawless box. That is what I want to close this case. Sorry for using this thread for finding a solution for my problems.

    I feel sad and angry at the same time to be honest and I never had problems like that with any other homebrew publisher.

     

    It's so funny how people jump to conclusion! I had offered a full refund to Ignorama to show that we care. I NEVER said I was not going to replace the BOX.

     

    You didn't even gave me a chance to answer you on PM !! Anyway you are a customer and I respect you :) I will send you another box without problem.

     

    Now, If you could PM me your new address so I can ship the box. I'm sure peoples here has other things to do than reading complains.

    Hi guys, We have a fix for anyone who as a problem with is Galaga.

     

    You can PM me anytime to return it, please return the cart only.

    I will change the pcb and label. Sega_Shark is the only one that has return it yet,

    On the new label it will say "REV A"

     

    The new rom was tested in a few system without issue. Thank you!
