Im on this site 19hrs a day 7 days a week we get a chat room dad woudl never get on. hey woudl be good when you cant sleep and you dont feel like hooking up uthe atari . woudl be 2nd best to the atari system and the emulator

When doing your new update if your server can handle it without crashing..(anymore) i suggest an atari age Chat Room. for the people of atari 2600. i think it would interesting to have it we can talkin real time than 3 or 4 min per post whta do you think are there plans of this in the near distant future ( when you have a server that may handle it???

This is TEMPEST the king of protos. I am getting a really odd atari 2600. Its a 4 Switch woodgrain system. Im getting it from the original owners who took very good care of the system and 3 intresting points have me wondering about the system 1.) There is no Serial number on the base of the unit ( was told it was bought like that back in 1981. ) 2.) there are 2 channel switches one located next to the Diffulty reads (2 or 3) and another one on the bottom base reads ( Channel Selector X or Y) whats htat about 3.) without the serial number (sticker) there is a bumpy engraving on the system that reads 38 1 the 38 is in a bigger font and the 1 is in a smaller font on the bottom of the system . Now i have no other system like this would you be able to explain it to me ?? and help all of us learn about this bizzar system thanking you in advance ATARI70s

Well the only real problem i have had is DEAD BEAT sellers the one i bought Minature Golf from on ebay that Joel told us abotu 2 weeks and still no reply to me 4 emails about sending payment. That had me mad . i wish theyd respond to me .

mine also says EIB on my pitfall 2 cart not sure its PAL . i knwo prior the the re designed labels like for keystone kapers it woudl say EAX-025 or what ever and say international edition on the cart. my beamrider says E I think is Z not sur eoff the top of my head but it also says 'E' mayeb be pal may not btu whatever you got i got onew 2

Ok , ill start making a list for tomm night of carts to scan. silver label activsion Enduro is not the same as the polyvox and neiteher is the hangman. i can do a about scan lik im sending you of space invaders ( you will hear about that in the mail 8 am tomm. Ok i have the following on my list for tomm. 1.) Actvision Silver enduro 2.) POLYVOX Enduro 3.) Minature Golf (pending it comes in) 4.) Football ( Mattel ) 5.) ill send you my Great Escape cart maybe you can tell me from the cart if its PAL or not 6.) Im sending you the pic of my 2600 im getting i have a scan on my computer showing the no serial number on the bottom and the engraved 38 1 on the base. also i sshows the 2 channel switches. the one next to difficuly 2and 3 and on the bottom the X and Y. im guessing maybe to switch from PAL to NTSC ( heard it from someone but they just took a guess they are looking into it) . let me know if you want #'s 5 and 6 . 7.) I have the XONOX wierd chuck norris label from last scanning i need to do for you it will get doen this weekend. 8.) Great news all Scans of the Following are Ready for teh site they include Hangman (SILVER ) top and end label 2 Space invaders (SILVER)( wierd end label ) Activisions Skiing (blue text label) All scans will be sent in at 8 AM to Atariage.com i hope you all liek it and ALEX ill do my best if i get Minature Golf in by friday i will do a rush on it and i held off on teh mattel one untill i get the golf one. You will also see the Silver label for Hangman is totally different from the one for Space Invaders . Alex no sign of the minature golf car ti figure it is still in customs since i shoudl have gotten it firdayu or monday. but it doesnt say POLYVOX on it at all. ok ill send the scans to you see what you see. also Did you get albert to look at the Mogul Maniac i have retired emailing him and nothing. was prior to your leaving for the Expo week or so before hand. If the Minature Golf cart comes in between now and this Friday i will do a rush to get you a scan. Ok ill get on it also i got the strange Centipede cart teh orange end label . any other carts besides this have that label. (galaxian i know does. ) Also for Tempest out there its been how long since the second Minature Golf cart closed and no reply from the peopel on how i should pay Deadbeat Seller. Alex as i start to scan HANGMAN (SILVER) do you want my scan of Superchallenge Football/Football? it has a white FOOTBALL stick over a Black Super Challenge Football sticker ( 2 for the price of 1). after teh crash i didnt think they re stick over it . let me knwo if you want this too

JAH , i didnt think about Sears hey what about POLYVOX system the atari aphilliate in Brazil would that count in this case??? it played atari 2600 carts

Hi i dont have scans or all of the manuals i can tell you what i have seen 1.) copywrtied 1977 in white text (3inches wide by 5 inches long) 2.)1978 copywrite in yellow text (same size) 3.) same as #1 with Red text (not sure why) 4.) All white manual whith brownish tan text and picture (1980) 5.) silver manual from like 1982ish . 6.) White manual with red text (small sized manual 1986 i assume same for teh 2600JR i think. i think there is one more not sure
