    I don't mind the cloudflare protection if it's working. In fact make it 10 or 20 seconds and REALLY slow them down!

      Yep @carlsson you're absolutely correct.  Mostly it seems to be random, probably probing for exploits, many bots attempt to register on the forum so they can post spam, some are certainly used to try and DDoS sites, and so forth.  No real way to know the motivation most of the time.

      @deepthaw Beats me, and it's not the first time I've seen it.  @atari2600land Yes, you will see it periodically, probably sets a short-lived cookie, and if you move to a different device you'll see it again.  I'm not going to leave that running too long.

      That's actually a bug I reported that has been fixed in a new version of the forum software that's in beta.  As soon as it is released, I will update the forum software immediately!

    Going to update forum software later today. Mostly bug fixes, but will allow you to search your entire history of private messages, versus just one year!

    Venture Reloaded has got to be the best 'hack' of a VCS game yet. So much more than just a hack or redefining just what a hack is/can be!

    Besides Video Olympics and Warlords, are there any other 4-player paddle games for the VCS?

    Yep, I went 4K. Didn't need it, but did anyway. At least this TV still has the numeric keypad, coaxial port, composite port & Ethernet. I just hope it does better home integration. $480 wasn't a bad price. Lose the web browser & 1 HDMI port, but it's all good.
