You now have #04 of the SHARKNADO Boxed edition.
Thank you! Really looking forward to this release.
-
I would like to upgrade from the standard edition to the normal boxed edition please

-
Well, I guess I better purchase one today then. Been looking forward to a cart release of this one for a while. Thanks for the heads up!
-
Awesome! Definitely going to purchase a copy next week.

One of my favorite movies! I would like a standard edition please

I have been playing this a lot recently and have had a lot of fun with the game. My favorite part of the game is the shifting walls, as it adds a fun randomness to the game that keeps it from being too easy/predictable. I have been playing it in Z26 without issue as I do not have a Starpath Supercharger.

I was looking for an odyssey 2 system and saw one for 22 bucks on the collectorcardsandgames site. Is that a good price?

That's very cool there's a faction of kids way too young to have known what the 2600 was all about, but find it compelling today. I'd be interested in hearing from them, just what it is they like about the system and its games. Besides all the features we've come to know and love of course. Just wondering if they value some of the same stuff and if most of these people are more into vintage gaming than modern for the various reasons.
Even though I am only fifteen my first video game console was an NES which was replaced by a SNES and then a N64. I got them all for free from my relative. When I finally got a modern console it was when the gamecube was released. I never used my old consoles anymore and only played modern games after that. About two years ago I decided to play the old consoles again and had a lot of fun. It also made me curious about the history of video games and that is how i found out about the 2600. The main reason I prefer retro games over the modern is that I can get them for cheap, they are more challenging, and there just a lot of fun to play and learn about the history of where series started like Zelda, Mario, and Pac-Man.

I also use vgcollect.com.

One of my favorites is Space Cavern! I really like how you have to shoot the aliens above and the monsters that come from the side.

When are you visiting?
I do not know the exact date yet, but probably later this month or next month.
-
I am going to be going to Spokane soon and I was wondering what the best stores were for retro games.
-
Kirby's Return to Dreamland for Wii.

Picked up some 2600 games at a pawn shop for a dollar a piece today(I bought a lot so he brought the price down from $3 a piece):
Journey Escape
Turmoil
Fantastic Voyage
Worm War 1
Star Wars Jedi Arena
Airlock
Starmaster
Sneak'N Peek
Wizard of Wor
I was going to get Gorf, but the employee took it out of the case and gave me a lesson on how Gorf is rare and said i probably don't know what it is and how kids today don't know anything about old video games.(which is a weird thing to say when a 14 year old is buying atari games from you)

I would really love to read the information that was found out. This is the kind of stuff that I find to be the most interesting about the hobby.
