  1. Last guy who sold one was bcivic89. I’m still waiting; sold some toys in my collection so hopefully won’t have to sell mine. My kid is a retro collector so I’d rather pass things like this on to him. He already has my extra Rikki & Vikki.
  2. Well I did say open to offers. But yeah, I know. I really expected some hagglers. Not losing sleep over it. I’m picking up some extra shifts at work so I’ll probably keep it and that’s perfectly ok with me. I teach and we have a Friday tutoring program so it’ll be fine.
  3. Thanks Bob! I have most of your games individually so I’m trying to rationalize it to myself. I was going to sell my vintage Robotech toys that are about the same in value but my son saw me taking pics to use on eBay and flipped out. 😮‍💨😅Friday found out my daughters are prob going to need some dental work too. I really rather not sell it so I might try to hit my goal by selling some vintage GI Joe toys instead.
  4. Well; I’m selling it because we had a hailstorm destroy our roof and even though I don’t want to sell it, I am because it would help us cover the insurance deductible. If no one wants it at that price that is fine; people are free to make me offers. And eventually I probably will just list it on eBay. However the idea that I should just throw it up for what I paid for it a decade ago is silly. I bought Harley Quinn’s first comic book appearance for a 1.25 new in the 90’s but I’m not selling that for 1.25 now either. I apologize if posting something in the marketplace somehow offended some people. 🤔
  5. I did say I’d take offers. Might put it on eBay later. Not in a hurry and don’t love selling on eBay.
  6. Thanks for looking! As you can imagine, I'm not wanting to sell this. Thought I'd offer it here first to keep it in the community. I will refuse to sell to anyone without reasonable feedback or references. I accept Paypal only. Do not contact me if you do not know what this cart is and are serious about buying it. This is one of the 100 carts made of this collection. It works the same as the other carts. The Space Invaders and Moon Cresta glitches affect this cart the same as the rest. So if you buy this do not use the known glitches as an excuse to get your money back or return it. The sale will be final. I will only ship to the continental US and use USPS shipping. If you can tell, I don't really want to sell this, but life and hailstorms happen. I am the original owner of this cart. You can look at the original forum thread and see my forum name in the list somewhere in the 90s I believe. Asking 500 shipped which puts it slightly under the last one to sell on ebay. Think it's too high? Make me a reasonable offer. Worst I can say is no. kidflash21 is my eBay handle that is why it’s on the post it. You can see my feedback from eBay if you want.
  7. I second that. I have a box and cart but it’s be nice to have on my GD7800 for when I take my system somewhere.
  8. You’d be opening and endless can of worms since the graphics on the home version were built for that resolution in fat pixel mode.
  9. Verified this on two 7800s just for the sake of argument. It happened on mine and my kiddo’s. Anyone else get this? I’m using a RetroTINK 5x if it makes a difference.
  10. Here is a better view of the top screen jitters. IMG_8307.mov
  11. This is only present using the cart video out and HD Retrovision cables. Running out of my s-video this is not present. What is happening is a bending screen at the top and jittering of the menu in that area and graphics once the game has started. Did not occur with my 7800’s s-video or composite outs. Did not notice in Rikki & Vikki or Crossbow, but became very noticeable playing Popeye Demo, 1942, and Xevious. Maybe warm up related? Reseating the cable and rebooting system did not help; completely gone with s-video. Sorry about the shaky video, trying to use my phone and I’m old. I was prepping to make a video testing the GD and Mega 7800. IMG_8306.mov
  12. Impossible Mission and Karateka are ones I want to see. When I reviewed Karateka I was absolutely ready to smash it with a hammer before I was done. Doesn't Impossible Mission have a glitch that makes beating a retail copy literally impossible?
  13. I love arcade sticks, but I don't like that both fire buttons are lined up vertically. I prefer a horizontal button layout especially in games where you have to hit both constantly. Xevious, Bentley Bear, and Baby Pac come to mind. Still for Robotron, that thing looks like a dream.
  14. I don't know if anyone has reported this yet, but playing Bob's Galaxian with break enabled cripples that game. It sputters and freezes while playing it. Disabling break fixed it so I guess that is the root of it. I didn't know if you'd want to add the "break" pop up in the next firmware for Galaxian.
