fixed one of the 2 bad vectrex pads I have, the stick is still missing the cap, but I think a thread screw protector will be a good replacement

First time this has happened to me on eBay. Seller is MIA. Package was supposed to arrive today. Hasn't even shipped it yet. Sent them two messages with no replay. This has happened a couple times on Amazon.
