What I notice with these threads about Brad, is that most people have little or no issues, but the few who do are VERY vocal about it. I've ordered from him and got my items without any problems. He's been very friendly and helpful. I'll admit the website is useless, so I just email him what I need and we go from there. So, I tend to disregard complaints by people who refer to his customers as either "brave or stupid". Seems to me that's a rather bad way to go about getting respect on forums where probably 75 percent of the members have done business with Best Electronics.

It is much more than a few..

Best Electronics is still in business. Recently purchased some stuff. So did many others on here. It is not the fault of the owner that his replies end up in a spam folder. I sometimes find important emails in there also. I keep a separate email address just for business dealings and watch what "free" services you sign up for. I know Yahoo Mail has got real bad. The owner has been doing this since the Tramiels liquidated many of Atari's assets during the 90s. He also does not respond to people that gave him problems in the past. Few tried to rip him off. He keeps a "Do not sell to list". Few have been messing around using different PayPal and different email accounts.

Who tried to rip him off and how?? Who was using different paypal and email accounts?? Do you have some insider information or something?

  3. Truthfully the best way to handle international shipping is use ebay global shipping. Obviously only if both seller and buyer use ebay, and assuming the country is on the ship to list. That protects the seller and buyer 100 percent.

If you buy it from misteradons.com he will send you one in a case ready to go turn key. You add a script called "update_all" and it downloads all the cores and arcade games you can play.

To get the console ROMs, you'll have to "find" them yourself, but it's pretty easy.

I'd say turn key, but you'll need understanding of moving files to an SD card to really get it all done.

I did everything (except set up a rotating wallpaper script) without a keyboard too. Just a controller.

I know pretty much nothing about this Mister. Do you by chance know if there are a bunch of arcade games, some or all?

  6. I just received a second one in the mail the other day. I believe I only paid for one. Pm me to make sure. Instead of paying to have it shipped back I might have a friend that would possibly be interested in buying it...

Has anyone who rcvd their units been able to modify the 2nd button to work for the 7800? I'm still patiently waiting for mine to arrive, but was interested to see if any successful progress has been done to get these to work with the 7800 two button games.

The button design is horrible on these joysticks. It would be impossible to use these as a two button game "if" you were to be using them at the same time.

I'm sure that developers would like to add more features, but cannot, because there is no standard to do so other than what has been done before, which we all can agree, probably sucks.

You're sure?? 100 percent sure?? Or do you mean you would assume??
