I'd forgotten about the Extended Background Color mode.

Not just no, but Hell No

One thing people may not realize is that when using a character mode (tile based graphics), each of the 1000 cells can individually be set for multi-color or hi-res. In this example from Humaniod you can see that the plants, water and pipes are in hi-res mode while the dirt is in multi-color mode.

Oh well. Still impressive!

That sums up Puck from TRW:SF. He had to control the conversation, and if anybody tried to put forth something in disagreement he'd tell them they were wrong, to shut up, and would talk over them in an attempt to drown them out or they gave up talking to him because it wasn't worth the effort. That's why my ignore filter was updated, it was no longer worth the effort. Of course things still get thru via quoted replies.
