For anyone who's ordered from Best recently, how long has it usually taken for Brad to respond? I sent him an email for some parts I need over a week ago and he hasn't responded yet...

I haven't ordered for almost two years but he was fairly responsive in the past with me. Best is a one-man show and Brad states his various departments being rather busy. I had been warned by others (in this forum), so I find that if you're direct/brief with your inquiry he's fairly responsive. I ordered 4-5 times from him and can't complain.
It's been the holidays, he's probably catching up or taking some time off.

I sent e-mail request a couple weeks back, I got a response within 1 day (around the holidays too), I responded back and sent payment, and I had my items a few days later. Did you follow their e-mailing instructions with putting specific Atari item/part number info in the subject line of the e-mail so it gets read?
