I'm in the midst of converting a Fatal Run cart into the NTSC version and for some reason it's not booting. Any ideas?

  Very odd. Last idea for testing, is to put the original chip back and see if it still works. I always socket stuff, when I pull a chip, not sure if you do that. EPROM speed perhaps? Do you have different 27C256's?

  Unfortunately the only 256 Kbit EPROMS I have are the exact same kind, Intel QD27256s. Looks like they're 300 ns?

  Also double check your bankswitching logic, whether you're using a PLD or off-the shelf logic ICs.
