  1. It *does* have the GTIA actually.
  2. Added some of my modded consoles to the list.
  3. Bump, added more spare parts for sale!
  4. I'm real anxious about the cart adapters, that's like the one thing holding me up from buying an Nt mini.
  5. MacRumors: The only place where you can get a mod warning for simply bumping a FS thread

  6. You sure you two can't work something out? I'm sure there's an interest for people who don't necessarily want the extra functionality of the Prometheus but still want some kind of SGM compatibility. It just seems short-sighted considering there's a lot of SGM-only homebrews floating around.
  7. That's actually not a bad idea considering how horrible and bulky the 5200 and CV controllers are.
  8. Uhh put them in the same bin where I store controllers for all my other consoles?
  9. I used a heat gun to peel the labels off, then used Goo Gone to get the remaining glue off and then glass cleaner to get the Goo Gone residue off. However I got a little overzealous with the heat gun on Xevious and slightly warped the cart while getting the label off (!).
  10. I got mine today and stuck 'em on, nearly got high off Goo Gone in the process but it was worth it.
  11. What games do you plan to tackle next? I'd love to see a set of the Absolute and Activision games since those tend to suffer from bad Actiplaque.
  12. Yeah being able to play SGM games would be nice.
  13. I like the MSX and SMS compatibility. Just a couple questions, would this also be compatible with SG-1000 games and what MSX spec does this use?
  14. My ColecoVision finally bit the dust today

I must admit, even though it has nice games, the Colecovision really lacks in durability compared to Atari and Intellivision offerings of the same time. I loved my first CV, have plenty of games, then it died.

Sorry to hear it! Maybe there's someone around who could repair it?

  15. Sold. I've totally lost interest in the Apple II recently, and as part of selling off my AII collection I'm getting rid of my CFFA3000. I purchased this in 2015 as part of the 4th run, and I'm also including the manual on CD. This card was very rarely used and works great! For the most part I'm looking to get my money back so I'm letting this go for $175 which includes shipping. Also because of the high demand for this little guy, please denote the time at which you sent your PM. Thanks!
  16. How much would people here be willing to pay for a CFFA 3000?

$O. Because I don't even know what that is.

Cool. I own a IIGS and a IIC. I'd pay $100-$200 for one of these.

  17. The BIOS is the only thing preventing you from playing those actually. Basically the SMS BIOS looks for a special header that isn't present in SG-1000 games, and since the Master Everdrive contains this header that's how you can play SG-1000 games on a non-Japanese system. Cartridges are a different matter since there's no commercially available converter.
  18. NESRGB actually. I think that'd be the best option to get RGB or VGA from a C64 and it boggles my mind that nobody's even tackled a project like this. An S-video to VGA converter doesn't improve video quality and a Turbo Chameleon is ridiculously overpriced in addition to being ridiculously overpowered.
  19. Those adapters should work fine for what you're doing. I don't even use the speaker on my PVM, I've always hooked up my consoles straight to my stereo setup.
