Actually, I thought that the Coleco games didn't work because they changed this one thingy so that people couldn't make their own cartriges or something like that and it just resulted in coleco and some other games not working. I believe that a few of the games from Coleco work on the Intellivision 2. I have an INTV System 3 and Donkey Kong from Coleco, and it doesn't work on the INTV System 3, but it works on my Master Component. Maybe I was wrong about the thingy...

What a cool game! I didn't know it was a chess based game! Now I want it! But to get it, I would need an Intellivision 2, ECS, and of course, the game. Oh well. There's still the emulator.

-
I opened it of course! I had asked for an Intellivision Master Component, (I currently had an INTV System 3 that was ok, but I wanted the original because it was the original and it was better!) but never in the world did I expect a sealed Intellivision! It was in sealed plastic, it was on this tray, the video and power cords were wrapped up, and all of these other things. It is still pretty much in mint condition. I take very good care of all of my video systems and games. I can never thank my parents enough. I have never seen a sealed Intellivision in my 7 or 8 years of Intellivision loving except once, and it went for hundreds of dollars, and the box was in pretty rough shape. Mine isn't that bad. I love it very much. It would go along nicely with a Keyboard Component.

I don't have any really rare games, but the rarest item I have is a sealed Intellivision I got last Christmas which my parents got for $50.

I just read online that the Dancing Baby animation goes back to 1996 and was a real internet phenomenon and still is today. It is in a lot of popular culture and stuff.
-
You know, I saw a few videos online of the same dancing baby, but not as Intellivision-like. Also, one of them has similar music. Take a look at this: http://izzet.com/videos/3045/dancing-baby-ooga-chaka-hooked-on-feeling It's interesting...

Because of the size of the library, it can get kinda slow by the way. Just be patient. There is also no sound sadly. But it is still a nice little video thingy.

Go to this link: http://www.intellivision.us/library/library/index.htm After that, click on games, then box/screen images, then scroll down to Super NFL Football and click it for a little video thingy. The online version of the DVD isn't as good as the regular version, but it is still good.

Anyone an owner or know anyone besides Alex Pace (The amazing)? I am just curious.
-
I see the deadline has been extended, so I still have more time, although I will still lose because I am very bad at this game.
-
I plan on getting the game soon. I am good friends with David Harley, and he is saving me a copy. It looks like a really fun game.

You know, on an interview, Kieth said that on the Smurf game for Coleco, (he was comparing sprites) he said that when you make it to the end of the game when you get to Smurfette, if you bend down, her dress will dissapear.

-
I would, but I'm too busy with school and stuff like that.
-
I had better save up at least $10,000. Those can get really expesive. And I want a working Keyboard Component, not one with a broken tape drive or something. Also I would want any software if possible. Luckily, I can start saving next summer hopefully, because I might get my first job.
I'll bet one will pop up eventually. Even if it takes a year or 2, one will come up. -
Super NFL Football does look cool. I was going to attach a thingy from it from the Intellivision Library, but it won't let me for some reason... Maybe the file size is too big...

I am just really bored right now, and I am just curious how many of us here own or know someone that owns a Keyboard Component. It is one of my life goals to get one. And if anyone is selling, I will gladly pay you $100 for one! (just kidding lol) The more I think about the Keyboard Component, the more I want it. And right now, I want it really badly. It was pretty neat.
-
It looks quite obvious that I will not win. But I will keep trying!

-
Wow, that's a lot of rare games. That is an amazing collection. I see there are many double-ups, triple-ups, quadruple-ups, and more. I would kill for a collection like yours. 4 Boxed Stadium Mud Buggies??? How much for 1 of them? lol

as far as I'm concerned, your choice... (unless someone can give me a reason why otherwise)I'd agree with that. Keyboard users will probably be in the majority, since not all Aquarius owners are fortunate enough to have Mini Expanders, so a "controllers only" rule would exclude too many people.
I would be interested, but I don't own an Aquarius or know about any emulators.See Post #10.
Oh, whoops! I did not see that! I will have to look into that.

I shall try my hardest!

I believe my friend David Harley is working on the game. He sent me a recent version of it a little while back. It's an intersting game.

Rev, Is this your game?

I think it was a good idea to do that video. You did a great job with it! I should try and set it as my background for my computer...
