Compatibility issues with System Changer?

[Compatibility issues with System Changer?]

I was finally able to score a System Changer off of eBay over the weekend and was wondering if there are any known compatibility issues with any Atari 2600 carts? I'm interested especially in games such as Pitfall II, Enduro, Kaboom! and the like.

 

I checked the Blue Sky Rangers site and didn't see anything specifically covering this topic.
